I had a contract from the time the salon opened. One after another stylists left and I was shifted to another. Besides the first stylist NO ONE got my color right or cut my hair the way I wanted it. On more than one occasion I walked out of there with "hot roots" and unlike other salons there is NO time to fix your hair. You must make an appt on another day. They have horrendous people working at the desk and they quite often schedule you incorrectly. I have had to walk out with WET hair in the winter because they didnt schedule me a blow out (even though I ALWAYS get a blow out). On the contract I never used the free blow outs, and the few times I tried, they never had openings. Even though I saved money on the contract it was not worth it because I never had the cut or color that I wanted. I always tipped over 30% and there was never any special consideration for a loyal long time client. I left after the fourth time they messed up my appts and never looked back. I was amazed at the new salon I go to they got my color and cut right on the first shot.

Terrible! Signed up for the monthly membership about 2 years ago, only because it would be cheaper for me to dye my hair. Over the 2 year membership I noticed that although I used the same color for the most part, the color was never even. But I still continued to go. The last straw was the stylist getting color on my $600 bag! The day it happened, I was told the owner would contact me! Week later, I hear nothing from the owner. So I decided to call and only to be told that they have a "sign" stating they are not responsible! So its OK that your employees caused damage to your customers belongings as long as you have a sign that states they take no responsibility! I have been to several saloons in my life, and this is the only one that actually has a sign for this? Makes you wonder how many other customers have had their belongings ruined by them? The hair dressers hired by this saloon obviously dont have much experience. And the owner does not care if her customers stay or go! Worst saloon ever. Note to self, you pay for what you get.

Hands down...Believe Beauty is THE BEST salon EVER! The moment you walk in you will be amazed by the warmth of the welcoming staff! Appointment times are ALWAYS honored and ALL stylists are both professional and friendly! Jenny, the owner, is amazing! She has hired ONLY the BEST and most QUALIFIED people to work for her and their talents are endless! I have been a member of the monthly memberships that they offer since they opened, and I have had every service: from hair cuts, to blow outs, to color, to makeup, to nails & pedicures! Believe me! YOU WILL LOVE IT! A special shout out to Morgan, who has done my hair and makeup for my professional photoshoots! AMAZING!

This is by far the best salon Ive ever been to. Unlike other salons, all of the staff is super friendly and talented. Ive been going to Deb for years and she is absolutely amazing! I am very picky when it comes to my hair and I completely trust her. She is always spot on with what I am looking for when it comes to what haircut or color I am looking to get done. I am always very pleased with my hair and highly recommend Deb and this salon to everyone.

I had the pleasure of getting a full highlight and hair cut at this lovely salon. The girls were friendly and professional. It looks beautiful inside, but it isnt some snooty place. Every employee smiled at me. The owner, Jenny Schmidt clearly is passionate about her girls, products, and beauty. I saw Brianna and Ally--both did a great job. I was pleased with how my hair came out, and Ive been to quite a many salons both here in NJ, and NYC.

The prices are reasonable, the staff is always polite and respectful and I have never been disappointed with the cuts/color I get from Courtney. The owner is also very generous and donates auction items to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Monmouth & Middlesex Counties once a year for our Annual Food and Wine event.
