Bad customer service went in their the skinny blonde lady took the names of my 3 children and she was already not real friendly from the get go. Got my oldest son hair haircut the lady seemed nice then we waited a while and they finally called my other son s name and they asked what kind of haircut you want and i said my other son he wants his the same and she said other son. I said yes. My other son i told her my sons name to the hispanic lady and she said his name is not in the computer and i saud how is that when the lady took all their names and she said maybe computer glitch or it got erased. She said you can wait until i cut this gentlemans hair first and then i will cut his hair i said its not right and not my fault what the computer or whoever erased it did. And i had already bought movie tickets cuz i knew it would be enough time she said im sorry u can wait so i told the other lady i what happened at least she apologized unlike the other girl. They told me to come back but i have opts and im a busy lady and who wants to back track and pay for other peoples mastakes that was very wrong but God knows everything as a christian lady im going to let it be but i will not ever go back again.

Very disappointed with the communication between customer and hairdresser. Came in looking for a haircut and hair dye. Hair dresser said she was very well experienced and wed get exactly what we came for. Half way through we realized that she was not doing as we asked and asked to do what we origanily wanted, said wed have to pay extra $100 FOR THEIR MISTAKE. After trying to work something out the hair dresser was very rude and unprofessional for the rest of the time we were there. Definitely wont be returning.

2 out of 3 haircuts I got for my girls were great but if youre looking for a short style go somewhere more experienced. I wont make a quick trip again, Ill wait for our regular hairdresser to work her magic! Everyone was polite but my daughter still left in tears & was even more upset when someone asked her if she cut her own hair!

Horrible. I wasted an 1-1/2 hrs of my life just to ask to be removed from the list. No eye contact. They told me to return on 30 minutes which I did and no one updated anyone on the wait time. Am acknowledgement would of been good enough to accept the wait

Got our sons first haircut here, the hair stylist was Mercedes, she was wonderful and very considerate, i would recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly professional face.
