I got my haircut here the other day. I have always been happy with the quick service and professionalism at all great clips and am always happy with the results. Savannah did a great job on my cut, but I was very disturbed to find out that the card that I have been getting punched every time I go in for a trim is no longer accepted at great clips. I do not get my haircut very often -- perhaps once every 3 to 4 months, so I understand that it takes a while to get all 6 punches. But I only get my haircut here, and since there is no expiration date on the card, I do not understand why I wouldnt get my $7 haircut on my next visit -- doesnt cost the company any more than it would have if it took a year for me to get through the punches and its not even like its a free haircut! I was only 1 punch away from my $7 haircut, and if this is the kind of customer relations that corporate practices, I will absolutely start going to one of the local barber shops instead from here on out. You have probably lost a long-time customer, and in small-town America customer satisfaction is just as real as currency.

I drove to the salon from Pine Junction, making a special trip to only get a haircut. The shop advertised its closing time today, Saturday, as 6:00pm. I arrived at 5:40pm. I get a haircut every three weeks, so getting the job done in 15 minutes is realistic. The door was locked and nobody was there. If you advertise being open until 6:00pm, then you should be open until 6:00pm. I am disappointed.

My son got his haircut there yesterday. She butchered his hair. She was in such a hurry to get her own bangs done, she had no time to care for my son at all. The first thing she said when he went in was " I was gonna have my bangs done before came in". Well, if that is how you feel then why are you working there?
