I would give this zero stars. I wanted to leave as quickly as possible to another salon to get it fixed. My eyebrows are noticeably uneven. Its almost like Im surprised and confused at the same time. The only way I can make my eyebrows look halfway normal is by frowning, which I am doing right now because of how horrible the service was. Now, lets speak about my hair... It was as if a near sighted ninja, with two arms of different lengths tried to cut my hair dual wielding butcher knives. Lets just say that they dont understand the definition of layers. One "layer" is chopped straight across at ear length, the other is to my collarbone. My hair was grown out finally and all I wanted was a half inch trim. ***now looking more at my hair, its all sorts of different lengths and so choppy!!! I am devastated. All I can do now is let both my eyebrows and my hair grow out. Extensions may be necessary but theres no way I can afford that for this bad of a mess up! I will never recommend this salon to any person, in fact, I would actually recommend that they keep their hair at least 12 city blocks from this place.

I called and was immediately welcomed to come in within the hour by the most awesome hair miracle worker named Hilda. She transformed my drab frizzy hair into something that has absolutely increased my self confidence. For 10 years all I did was put my hair in a bun and she brought about a hairstyle that I not only love but is easy to work with. She listened to what I wanted and she made it happen. Communication is the key and let me tell you she listens, asks questions, makes sure were both on the same page, and works her magic. She has made me a lifetime customer and I will continue to only see her! Mere words cannot express how professional and highly skilled this woman is. I definitely recommend her. I was going out of town and needed to get my hair fixed after trying to box dye it myself. I called and JAMEY went out of her way to squeeze me in. She was AWESOME. GO to her! I got an ombré and she went over and above and put a conditioner treatment on my hair and even stayed and dried it and styled it. (which I didnt ask for). She knows what she is doing for sure. A+++++++

I had gone in to do an ombré for the first time & Jamie did a perfect job! Second time because Im so indecisive about hair & need to change it constantly... To get it all blonde & short & I absolutely fell in love she went beyond to make my hair pretty & healthy again, I love love love it ! Ask for Jamie guys really!!

I tried calling two separate numbers listed on their site to set up an appointment. There was no answer it just rang on and on. Ive tried multiple times to get a hold of them with no luck. Horrible customer service since there is no customer service!

My color was HORRIBLE !!!!!! I ended with orange, grey, red, brown hair color !!!!! I had to go to fix it .... my worse experience... i dont want to say who did my hair, but believe me.. I will never go back again!!!!!!!!!!!
