Horrible! This is one of those hit-or-miss salons. If you KNOW a stylist is amazing, thats one thing. I went back to a stylist for the second time to get dye (all over) and a very simple cut. When I got home I immediately realized my haircut was completely and obviously uneven. I then looked closer at my color, and realized there were HUGE leopard-like splotches of my light brown hair that had not been touched by the nearly-black dye. I could have done a better job at hom with a box of hair dye. I went back to get it fixed, and they wanted me to wait for the stylist who had done the work in the first place, which I would not do. Another girl fixed my hair and was stunned at how uneven my cut was, and told me "its a good thing you cant see the back" when referencing to my color. Yes they fixed it for free, but after all was said and done they had to cut another 2 inches off of my hair in order to even the cut out (Im trying to grow my hair OUT,) and I wasted hundreds of dollars. I will never step foot in this salon again and I would suggest you chose elsewhere for your hair.

The hair color and cut were meh. Ive had good experiences here before. Its cheap so you get what you pay for... What I cannot abide is the racist, xenophobic and misogynist rant that the stylist, Allen went on for the entire appointment. He mocked women of color, especially Latina/Hispanic women and then said some of the men who work at the malls kiosks looked like terrorists. Disgusting pig of a man. Ought to be fired. Dont go here!

My experience with this salon has been great. I cant speak to other stylists because Ive always seen April but she does a great job, listens, gives some good advice on maintenance, options for styling, etc. Her professionalism is why I keep coming back.
