My beautician friend cut my hair to show the manager what a good job she did. Then, the manager lady "Rebecca" came along and chopped off 3 inches! I LITERALLY told her no more than 1 inch. My hair looks awful thanks to that Rebecca lady. :(

GREAT if you dont have curly hair, want any sort of layers, or dont expect even ends after a hair cut. I wouldnt recommend it for anyone except those who have straight easy hair.
