I went to get a hair cut. My hair was below my shoulders close to mid back, and I asked for right below shoulders and long layers. but I got above shoulders and short layers and a frame around my face. She also cussed a lot right in front of me and my friend and also knew that she messed up my hair and just said "Sorry, hair grows back" . Would not even recommend this store ever !!!

I went to Master Cuts because I was in the mall and the place I usually go was closed. I wish I had just waited! I had a picture of what I wanted and the stylist looked at it and then began to butcher my hair! It is the worse hair cut Ive ever gotten! Im going to have to go super short now just to fix it!
