My grandson usually gets good haircuts from this place but the lady (long hair brown on top, frizzy bleached blond on the ends) butchered his hair today 1:30 pm. She thinks I didnt hear him ask for a trim with not much off the top because hes growing it out but I did. She cut off easily 3 inches and textured it so now it looks like spikes everywhere. Not at all what he wanted. I told her and she blamed him for saying that is what he asked for which is a LIE. She also blamed Floyds but we havent even been to Floyds. Something is very wrong over at this Roosters. Fire this woman!

I used to come here, but dont think I will anymore. Went downhill very fast in the span of a month. After losing their best stylist, which was the reason I would come, I figured Id try someone new. So, I called at 6:20 to see if I could fit in a haircut for a last minute business trip early the next morning and was told thatd be no problem if I got there by 630. Showed up at 6:30 on the nose and was told they had no availability. Thanks for wasting my time. Need to fire whoever answered that phone.

I have been having my hair cut at Roosters for about a year. Its a little more expensive than some places but I think its worth it. The hair cutter I go to there gives me the best haircuts I have had in years. She actually listened to what I wanted and tried to do it. My hair is thinning and pretty difficult to cut but it always looks better after she works on it.

I work hard and want to spend my hard earned money on taking care of my face and hair…Never have i been going to a barber this long to see one person. Chelsea is the best…the team is very friendly also. I feel like a million dollars and my wife really likes the way i look or she wouldnt let a women shave me or cut my hair…ha-ha just kidding. Worth ever dollar

Been getting a haircut here for quite some time now and they just keep getting better. The staff is welcoming and very attentive to what the client wants and needs. Lola is amazing and always goes above and beyond. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great barber at a great affordable price!!!

Great place for a haircut in Lakewood! Friendly staff and a good cut every time. Much less crowded than the belmar location, but an appointment is a good idea. I like their app which shows availablity and lets you schedule with a few taps.

I will have to say they are great at what they do. I have been to here on several occasions were I had to have a new barber and they dealt with me and my concerns like professionals and most importantly had me looking sharp. Every time.

Never going back, worst hair cut, not balanced or what I wanted. Not even close and way too expenses for what I got. The stylist need to go to school, I now need to get a hair cut to fix this hair cut.

Friendly staff. Best to make an appointment ahead of time since walk-ins will wait awhile. Haircut was about $30 so not a cheaper salon but they seem to pay attention to the style you want

When in for a hair cut and shave, she cut my eyebrows without asking me and then cut them very thin, the shave was bad also i have razor burn all over my neck..never going back
