URGENT Read before you go here I went in to have my gray growth covered up an have some highlights done. Came out looking the same as when I went in. Gray is not all covered also made the rest of my hair look gray. The growth that I will have in the next two weeks will be very bad. Will have to pay again for someone else to fix it. The manager for that day knew I was displeased but charged for partial oh wait this is what I had done. Wanted me to let them fix it. Would you? So if this person was a professional and I stated to cover up my gray. She should have explained that highlights wouldnt work instead of just going off what was on the books. I was more than willing to pay for the product but they charged me for the whole service. Well what I didnt tell you was while i was waiting with color the manager and the stylists were talking about their numbers. Then to have this happen. Funny. Very unprofessional and the manager is only concerned about money then making clients happy. So if you want to leave disappointed and less money come here.

URGENT: 2nd post So had my hair done here and if you can see my first post you will see that it did not turn out well. So I come to work today and this is what I have been hearing "What did you do to your hair" "What happened to your hair." See Pics and you will understand more. The gray was NOT covered and when I stated that thats not they way my other lady does it the comment was "we all work different" Management needs to refund me. I am willing to pay for the product but not the work done. They did offer to fix it but I know my hair and it will not take two process like this. Besides if you took your vehicle to a tire shop and you paid for good tires and they put on bad ones WOULD YOU GO BACK?

Had a 1pm appt; they called same day and told me everyone was at training and could I move to 2pm? I said yes to that. Got there at 2pm. Person who was supposed to help was in with the manager. 2:10 pm. Still no sign of who I was scheduled with. Still in with the manager who had, by now, shut the door. The door isnt thick enough to muffle that managers voice. Very rude to let a customer sit there while you tell off an employee. You, Ms Manager, are not more important than the customers. And I dont want an employee doing my nails who has just been put through the ringer by the manager. I left. Never to return.

Merchandise is poorly organized, and bottles are covered in dust on bottom shelves. Boxes everywhere, disorganized look as well as a tripping hazard between shelves. Girls were too distracted talking and stacking around the store that no one was at the front of the store to check out. not worth the money.
