Like many others say, they are always out. I hate going to ultra cause I only buy dermablend and they are usually out. I have been buying the same product for over 10 years for my birth marks. Today I went in and of course there was none of the product I wanted out and asked an employee to check In case there was more stashed away. To say the least she was terrible didnt even look and said they were out so I asked another employee and the only reason I am giving 3 stars and not less is because Callie went above and beyond! She found a key to check the cabinet while the other employee kept saying they were out and "i already checked". Callie on the other hand said "for her peace of mind I will show her". When we opened it up, wahhhh bammm 3 more packages of the product I needed. thank you to those hard workers and customer service driven employees like Callie. I too work in customer service so even though I was cranky to begin with she truly showed compassion and helped me out. I walked out pissed at the one employee and truly impressed by the other. Again thank you Callie!

I love this Ulta. It is definitely my favorite. Ashley at the brow bar is so nice and remembers her customers and how they want their brows. I absolutely LOVE getting my brows done now that I switched to the Brow Bar. Amy at the Salon is incredible. She remembers the littlest things about me and we always have tons to talk about when Im getting my hair done. I absolutely love my hair every time I leave and she always has good advice about hair products to use. Ive gone in looking for specific colors of NYX lip products and if they are out the staff has helped me find a near match in a comparable brand. They ask if I need help and if I dont they let me be. When I do need help they are attentive, kind and patient. I have really enjoyed talking with the cashiers while I check out, they are always friendly and helpful, usually with tips on what I should buy next time. Honestly, this isnt even the closest Ulta to me, but its the only one I go to now and I definitely recommend it to my friends!

Five days ago I purchased a blowdryer from an Ulta store in Denver, Colorado. I loved the dryer and was very pleased with my purchase, and so discarded the receipt. Today, however, after very light usage, the dryer stopped working. I drove to an ULTA store to return it with all the original packaging. I wanted to exchange the dryer and/or receive store credit. However, the sales clerk informed me that I have to call Ulta customer service - and have customer service email the store (not me) - a receipt. Then I would have to wait for the store to contact me and return to that exact store to exchange or return the dryer. I have a very busy schedule, & what went from a simple return has now become a phone call, waiting for a second phone call, and another trip to the store. I called customer service immediately, however, customer sales reps are available only 8-5 CDT. However, I work from 8-5 central time. At this point, I will never shop at ULTA again. Be careful. SAVE YOUR RECEIPT!

I have shopped in many Ulta locations with satisfactory customer service. New to the Lakewood area, I popped in to this location to purchase some hair products to help me manage a bad haircut. I wanted to shop on my own but also get some expert advice. While I was browsing, the associates on the sales floor were busy with customers but I noticed they were very involved with listening and seemed genuinely interested in helping the customer in front of them. I did have to wait a while before I caught the attention of Julie, who was in the middle of helping another customer. She returned to help me with a smile and great attitude. Not only did she recommend some great products for me, she gave me some great tips on how to style my hair. Julie is an esthetician, not a hair stylist, but the products she recommended and the tips have helped me with my bad haircut. Everyone in the store was pleasant and I will be shopping at this location often.

Just went there yesterday for a haircut and April did an AMAZING job. I had really long hair and decided to finally go for a short, choppy bob, and after showing her just a few pictures she knew just what I wanted and executed it perfectly. The best part was that she is super friendly and obviously passionate about what she does for a living and was genuinely excited to give me exactly the cut I was looking for. She also walked me through the steps for styling it, which was super helpful. It looks great straight or with my natural wave, so Ill definitely be going back to keep this cut for awhile! I seriously could not be happier; this is possibly the best haircut ever. I think shes a little pricier than some other stylists because she has more experience, but to me it was totally worth it.

Generally out of at least product or color of a product I am looking for. I asked the benefit brows professional for advice and she told me to pluck three hairs and then said she wouldnt help me because she had to leave. It literally would have taken two minutes. Last visit (3/2017) I was told I had $50 in points to use. I was told I could not use the points on that purchase so I had to come back to make anther purchase. Three months I spend another couple hundred dollars on products and I am told that all my points expired. To "make it up to me" the cashier gave me three samples. The dollar amount I purchased would have qualified me for samples anyway so that really is not compensation for the poor customer service on my last two visits.

My mom had made an appointment here for a cut and color called a day later to confirm and the lady said they couldnt find me in the system and when they did my mom said it was for a cut and color with accent highlights. When we got there the stylist seemed inexperienced she didnt even do the accent highlights and I couldnt tell her to do them because she had already did my all over color which was a dark brown and I didnt want to damage my hair. When she was cutting my hair she didnt cross check it and made one side of my face frame shorter. She also charged my mom $20 extra because of "how much hair I had" my hair is only three inches past my shoulders. When all was done it cost $90 and the color looked like it came from box dye...

I went to get a my haircut there by a senior stylist. It was terrible. When I called to make the appointment I told the women on the phone that I had long thick hair. She rushed through my entire appointment and TRIED to cut and dry my hair in less than 30 minutes. I was wet from her trying to wash my hair and had a headache from flipping my head upside down so she could blow dry it. She gave me my bill and as I was walking towards the register I noticed she charged me an extra $10 for having long hair. I normally dont have a problem with that but nobody told me ahead of time. Plus the whole haircut was so rushed. I will never have my hair cut there again!
