My first time in a couple of months ago I asked for a long bob. The "professional stylist" said she couldnt do it because I had layers and ended up cutting three inches off of my hair when I only said an inch and a half. Just thought if i did go back I wouldnt get my haircut by her again. Went in tonight and was told the wait would be about 15 minutes. Waited almost 30. Told the girl that was going to cut my hair that I wanted a long bob, she looked at me and said "oh.. Thats interesting." Ended up walking out because of the wait and the fact that the girl didnt seem to excited about DOING her job. So I just didnt trust it. My hair is long enough and I know for a fact! Bobs can have layers in them. Dont know why thats too much to ask for since Im paying someone to do it. Wont be coming back.

Worst customer service. I understand this is a chain company but when you have 9 people waiting and you come in and they say its an hour and a half wait. And you ask if they can text or call you when they get closer to your time because you have a small child. And the girl says Im way to busy to do that when all she is doing is sitting there no phones ringing and all she is doing is sitting there writing people names as they come in and checking out. The front desk girl gets a negative star for poor customer service. For a place that can not take reservations and they expect you to just sit around and wait. Will never go there again.

I went in on a Wednesday. They only had one person working. I had asked for a 5 2 fade and leave a little on the top. She completely buzzed my hair off. Gave me a 2 all across. I didnt Know what to say!! Its like she didnt listen at all. I own clippers and been cutting my own hair for years. I could have done a better Job and save the 20 bucks. Disaster.

This place never and I mean NEVER has enough people working every time I come here even with waiting 20+ mins before open 40+ min wait always complaining about Im always here alone nobody is coming to help me for hours who ever management is here you are terrible at properly staffing and customer service has never been good here!

They didnt have to keep working oh my hair to get it right, they got it right the first time and Im very picky about my hair especially not being gay and they did a fantastic job lol!!! I recommend em!!!!
