Connie does my hair and she does a great job!!! I will add that she is not my friend. In fact I ended up a client of hers because I asked a friend whose hair looked great where she got it cut and who did it. She referred me to Connie. I live in Buffalo and work in Batavia....I have paid 4 times as much in Buffalo only to end up with boring housewifey hair dos which is not cool when you are playing rock guitar!!. I am not sure what kind of grievance Mr. Latz had but Connie tells me what will and will not work with my hair. I appreciate that immensely. She takes a lot of time to get it right. She does tend to cut it a bit shorter then I asked but that is not a tragedy since a well cut hair do needs fewer trims and grows out nicely. That means I can wait longer to have it cut and save money on an already extremely economical service. I will state that I have thick, straight hair, as did the person who referred me so it is possible that that is her strong suit. I am highly satisfied!!

I received a big city production at a small town price. That is why I stopped going to Rochesters Park Ave. Salon and to Batavia.
