I did the full spa day package and it surely was an all day experience. Started the day at 9am and got a mani-pedi. Nail artist was 15 minutes late but oh well it happens. Received a nice hand massage with my Mani and I got a simple French tip with a thin black line. Then moved on over to get my pedi. Gotta love a massage chair while getting your feet massaged. I even got something called a "foot mask" That was the first time having my feet wrapped in hot towels and then have bags put over them. By the time I was done it was about 11:30-11:45. I had booked my full spa day in half so I could leave for lunch. Glad I did that. Came back about 12:30 and waited for someone to get me for my massage. I had an hour long massage and it was quite relaxing. I nearly fell asleep towards the end. I could have laid there for another 2 hours. After that I stayed undressed and walked over into the next room. With a robe of course. In this room I got my full body wrap and a facial. Started with the body wrap. She exfoliated with a pair of gloves then lathered on this amazing smelling lotion. Covered me with a sheet then a plastic sheet and then a blanket. Boy that was nice and toasty. Time for the facial. This might have been my favorite part of the whole day. I will go back just for her facials. She was very friendly and told me everything she was doing before she did it. Which I appreciated because this was my first time. Everything smelled so amazing and I wish I could have taken all of those creams and lotions home with me. I also got another mask treatment for my feet which once again they were wrapped in hot towels and bags over them. Also got a head massage with a peppermint smelling cream. I couldnt tell you how long the wrap and facial were exactly but I would say it was a good 2 hours I believe. I felt like a new born baby after all of that. I was then offered a nice glass of wine and it was delicious. I was seated in a small lounge area right outside the massage and facial rooms. There I waited for my final step to this day. My hair. I had my hair shampooed and styled. I wanted 2 French braids but my hair stylist wasnt so sure with herself it seemed... Tried doing it wet at first but it looked flat and I didnt like it. So she dried it and did it again. It looked nice and I was content with it. She just didnt seem quite confident enough in herself. At this point I just wanted to leave. It was roughly 5pm at this point. I went up to the desk and paid. It was over $400 including everyones tip. Which seemed a little pricey considering I did a package deal. When I left my braid on the right side came out and I went back inside to have it fixed. Which she was willing to do. She fixed it and added another rubber band to both side so it wouldnt happen again. Overall, I probably will not do the full day spa package again, but I would like to go back for a facial or facial and body wrap combo. It was a very long day but it was relaxing. I live in North Carolina but my mother resides in Winchester VA. On March 30th she had a brain aneurysm that caused a severe stroke. Shes so lucky to be alive.. but its been a long road at Winchester Medical Center. She is still paralyzed on the left side of her body and just hasnt felt like herself in the past month. She cant do much "grooming" to herself and I know all women enjoy a little spa time and a good mani/pedi. I had the idea to try and reach out to salons/spas in the Winchester area that would maybe be interested in letting me hire one of their employees to go pamper my mom a little. I found Mane Attraction first because they pop up on google search first in that area. I checked out their site and reviews and decided to email them on their "contact me" page to see if they would be interested. Sure enough they emailed me back more than willing to work with us to get this done for my mom. Yesterday I went up to visit my mom and Mane Attraction sent their employee, Heather, over at 1pm. Heather was not only on time but VERY friendly and professional. She kept my mom smiling and laughing the entire time she was there. I could see the happiness all over my mothers face and that alone was a true blessing. IT had been too long since she felt good about herself and I truly believe this helped her. With limited working space and limited equipment compared to the salon/spa she works in regularly, Heather made a miracle happen for my mom yesterday. She did an amazing job and went above and beyond all expectations we had. This was truly an amazing experience and it takes a special type of person or group to reach out and care about a complete stranger the way they did. You dont see this everyday. Thanks guys!!!!

I brought my wedding party to Mane Attraction- I thought it was great that all 8 of us could have our hair done at the same time. I booked a particular service for each of them, but later found out that each of them were given a service that was more than double the price of what I asked for. It was not until I went to pay that I was told that each of their services ended up being more expensive and I owed more than $200 over what I had originally was told when I booked. I asked if they had informed the wedding party that what they were having done was more expensive, and was assured that they were each told before the service was performed and each of them agreed and said the extra price was no problem. It being my wedding day and being in a rush, I trusted the employee and signed for the charges. I later found out that none of the bridesmaids were told that they were receiving a more expensive service and if they knew the increased cost, they never would have had it done. When I called the salon to raise the issue, I could not reach a manager for weeks. When I finally was able to speak to the manager, she raised her voice at me, was extremely rude, condescending, and would not let me get a word in; no apology whatsoever. I ended the call in tears. I will never go back to this salon and do not recommend it to anyone.

Dont be fooled, must be friends writing reviews. Was a loyal customer until the last three visits went down hill. Had a great Lady in the SPA (She was Fantastic) and she left a few months ago. I did not know this and drive an hour for my appt. to find out she is no longer there. They did not tell me! made me drive an hour and then offered a discount for the new person. I accepted, big mistake this lady "Sara" has no idea what she is doing, I think she is working under a work and earn your license program. It is sad, the place has just gone down hill, receptionist staff is rude and books stuff they cant perform, the area I received my service was dirty, the linens were awful. Anyway just frustrated after spending money and time going to this salon just to feel like they can discard you as a customer and not think twice about it.
