I’m not one who complains, but after Saturday’s experience, I’m still angry. I came in to get highlights and a possible trim, and requested that the costs be contained to my $125 gift card, which I stated to the gals at the desk when I checked in and mentioned it to the stylist when I saw him. I asked for subtle highlights that could blend in since I hadn’t had highlighting in a while, due to our terrible economy. Everything seemed ok until after the solution had been washed out of my hair and I was now in the chair to comb it out. I could not get over the amount of hair that was coming out in handfuls…and without ripping it! It pulled out like cotton and was all dyed hair. I was in shock and said, “It’s really coming out”. As the tangles were worked out and it was blown dry it didn’t look too bad. When I went to the counter to check out, I was told that it would be an additional $40! I was totally unprepared for the amount to exceed the gift card of $125. Thank God a friend was with me and offered to help pay the amount over the gift card. $165 for lost hair…more hair came out after I washed it at home and I always condition it, and my hair color isn’t subtle…it looks like a zebra. I’ve had highlighting done in the past without any problems. I wanted you to know what had transpired and that I will no longer request a gift card from your salon.

I was looking to get my make-up done for my wedding and called them to see about booking an appointment. I was only looking for me as my Bridesmaids are doing their own. I was told on the phone I would have to speak with their wedding coordinator and she would call me back. That phone call never came; I also never received an email regarding my request. I wasnt trying to set up a group, just one person. They didnt even know what day I wanted because they never asked. I was not important enough to assist with an appointment, which is really sad because I am a local person and would love to find a salon in the area to get my hair done. It will not be this one because they clearly do not value clients the way they should. The worst thing is I use to WORK in a hair salon! I know how these things work!! And for someone not to contact you back is absurd.

I had a really positive experience. The staff seem to be genuinely pleasant and nic. I got a really nice haircut too. The prices are on the steep side, which I noticed is common in this area. While I was well taken care of, I cant afford to consistently spend that kind of money on a haircut. I would recommend this place definitely, but be prepared to spend. A basic haircut, for me cost double what it typically does. It wasnt a super technical haircut either. While my haircut looks pretty good, Im not set on making this salon my go to option. I was under the impression that my haircut would be expensive, but not quite as expensive as it turned out to be. So the bottom line is, this is a great place, but maybe not so much if youre on a budget. I didnt want to get butchered at a chain haircutter. Over all a great place but pricey.

Got a cut and blow dry with Ashley and I absolutely loved it. Ive been to several other salons over the years and no one has been able to do a cut that both looked good on me and was something I wanted. I will definitely be going back. 5 stars!

Ive been going to see Melanee for years and she is wonderful. Not many stylist have experience and knowledge when it comes to the style and cut of natural curly hair, but Melanee does a great job every time.

Wife went here and enjoyed it. She will be returning. She became interested due to a discount ad for "test driving" new stylists in the salon to help them generate loyal customers. Worth a try!
