Joe, Pete, Maureen and the entire staff at Mill Pond Auto body are first class. Unfortunately in life, accidents happen. And when kids are inserted into the equation, those accidents happen more frequently it seems. Anyway, my sons car was hit ( yes,....again!! ) and Joe and Pete were tasked with the repair. Its like the commercial,... Set it and forget it. We drop the car off, and its fixed better than new in the amount of time promised. No hassles, no BS. They deal with the insurance companies, and the adjusters for you. Its literally painless. Theyve been in business a long time and have a great reputation. That doesnt happen when you rip people off. They are top notch. My family and I highly recommend them.

Do not use this body shop. Joe is as shady as they come. He pushed us to put a light hit through insurance and then quadrupled the amount of damage by ripping the car apart aka "damage enhancement". Once that was done, he forged a payment instruction letter so the insurance company would send him all of the money directly. Joe told us the original damage was going to be about $3K. By the time he got done ripping my bumper off and breaking a headlight that wasnt broken, the damage became $12K.
