I purchased my car at Stamford ford. I asked if they knew where I can get strobes installed on my vehicle in Stamford as I figured why not get it all set up since the get go. Well they told me they did, and the quote originally over 2k, I said OK, lets do this. When it was time to pay, they dropped it almost 1k, not by my request in all fairness to me, but I think they knew something crappy was done! Since I got my car, headlight, moisture due to poor installation, tailight moisture due to poor installation. and even one of the strobes has moisture due to crappy equipment. I didnt ask for a bargain, I didnt haggle a price, I wanted strobes like I have in my other vehicles and dont have one bit of a problem. This time, not the case and this place is to blame. I was told by the dealer that this place does all the Stamford Police Cars. I would hate to see how they are doing and if theyre fine why would not they treat my vehicle the same way....I cant comment on any other services they provide but this one, MALO, BAD, HORRIBLE!

Scam estimates, bait and switch - be very careful. We got an estimate on a small paint job ($40 charge for the estimate). They gave us the estimate plus an additional estimate for more work "to make it better," which was 2.5x higher. We scheduled the appointment for our original plan - and made arrangements to drop it off and to be without the car for 4 days. When we brought it in, we were told they would only do the work for the higher amount and that the estimate was "just to tell you how much it would cost to have it done...not that we would do it." No matter they knew what we wanted when we made the appointment. The shop manager was "unavailable" and I could not get a refund on my $40. Perhaps its better not to have had the work done - who knows what additional amounts would have been added on. But if you dont want my business, dont waste my time. Dont bait and switch.

I wanted to get my girlfriend a backup camera added to her Jeep to make it easier to park in Stamford. So I called up a few Jeep dealerships in the near by area to see if they could do it. Most quoted me ridiculous numbers or told me it couldnt be done. I called up My way and they were half the price and told me it the install would only take one day. It did. The quality is better than OEM in my opinion and I can honestly say the whole system looks like it came that way from the factory. If I need any body work done to my cars in the future, Ill be sure to take it to them. Because swift quality automotive work is hard to find. Thanks My Way Autobody.

Everyone, from TJ with my initial estimate to Clarissa with all of the billing and working with the person who hit me, worked towards getting my car back to me quickly with as little work on my part as possible. In addition, I also found my car washed & vacuumed! Thank you all very much at My Way Auto Body -Have a happy & healthy holiday & New Year! I would definitely pick My Way Auto body should I ever need body work again!

Would newer recommend or use this auto body place any more. They didnt change all parts on the car that were listed on the invoice. It Took them over month to fix my car. Totally unprofessional people , especially owner of that place ,has no idea about customer satisfaction. THEY Do FROUD!!!!!!!!!

I have had to take a car in to My Way three times over the last 10 years. Twice my car was hit and once a tree fell on it. They cant change my luck, but they are the next best thing. They are great at representing your interests with the insurance companies.

I had my brand new 2013 mustang worked on here 2 times,one from a T bone collision and a deer incident. Both times the vehicle was restored flawlessly looking just like brand new. Amazing and beautiful work, thank you so much!
