I called to ask if they had a specific template available for use in creating a booklet to print through them (most print companies supply pdf templates with their specific bleeds, etc to expedite the orders) since there was no website to look up the specifications. I was asked, "Oh, youre not a REAL graphic designer, are you?" Their graphics guy had to call me back to answer my questions, but I was completely turned off to the idea of working with them after that. There are other ways she could have asked whether or not I WAS the graphic designer working on the project, and could have just said, "Let me have our guy call you back to answer your questions." Youre not a REAL print company, are you? You dont even have a website. Went with another company who was cheaper, and nicer.

The most consistent printer in the area. Their quality is always top-notch, and their turn-around time is crazy fast. Pricing is always pretty good too compared to other local printers. Theyre my go-to.
