For whatever reason, I would always leave there with major scalp pain due to hard scrubbing by "beauticians", perm or natural hair they are just way too heavy handed. For the amount charged for a wash and set $23-25 and touch-up at $40-45 they should invest in peoper training for the staff. Oh well, I tried giving the establishment many chances and my hard earned money for a few months but in the end decided to go natural on my own thanks to the damage they caused. #avoid

Worst service ever. The lady skipped me. I was sitting In a broke down hair dryer that kept falling on my neck. The sad part is.the lady in the back who blew my hair out did such an excellent job. I wish she had her own salon. The owner provided such horrible service I wont go back. And Im new to the area. I get my hair done weekly. They would have had a customer for life. Good customer service goes a long way.
