I have been doing business with Ron and Guy for years and am never disappointed. Their professionalism and straight forwarded answers are refreshing. It is tough to find a reliable, courteous and reputable body shop and this one is one of the GOOD GUYS. They take pride in their finished workmanship and always complete the job when promised. I am so satisfied that my insurance company, The Hartford, recommends Pat DiSilvios as a preferred shop. I keep their business card in the car at all times for recommendations. Less I not forget Mrs. DiSilvios, who manages the office and is wonderful - its all in the family.

I was in a minor car accident and had my driver side mirror knocked clear off. After calling several body shops I spoke to Ron at Pats Auto Body. Not only was he able to give me a firm and fair estimate but he was also able to fix my car within 24 hours. Ron was personable, friendly and very professional. As someone who has been royally screwed by auto repair shops in the past, it was refreshing to deal with an honest and capable shop like Pats. I will never go anywhere else for my body work. Ron, you are truly the man.
