On November 5th I had the unfortunate experience of being hit by a NYC cab running a red light at the intersection of 39th Street and 5th Avenue. Passenger side air bags were deployed and there was substantial damage to my vehicle. Luckily my passenger and I had minimal injuries and we were able to walk away. Metro Auto Body was contacted to have my CRV towed to its facility in Queens. Needless to say I was concerned because Queens is quite a distance from my home in NJ and I wasn’t sure how to proceed. The flat bed driver, Rocco, was so reassuring and considerate offering options on how to get repairs done. I could either have it towed to NJ or have Metro do the repairs and they would arrange to deliver my car so that I didn’t have to drive to Queens (which to me could have been the same as driving to Mars!). After reading great reviews and checking Better Business Bureau ratings about Metro, I decided to bite the bullet and go with them. Everyone I dealt with at Metro was extremely courteous and professional. They knew exactly what to do and reassured me every step of the way. They communicated with my insurance company when necessary to expedite matters. When my CRV was returned, it looked brand new again! I can’t say enough about Metro Auto Body and being from NJ I can be pretty cynical. Thank you to everyone for helping make this horrible experience turn out as well as it did. Definitely 5 stars!!!!!!!

Metro took care of me in fixing my 435i BMW and made it like new once again! They not only repaired all that was needed with original parts, but detailed the whole car inside and outside. They are very polite and professional, picked me up and dropped me off at my house and even fixed a few more scratches which I had gotten on the wheel after I had taken it home. I passed by to remove a message from the dashboard and they noticed the scratch AFTER I had taken it home and painted it down anyway as a courtesy. They offered me and my wife water and refreshments while we waited. After all the great service and repair I came back and asked them to help me with the claim and they did so on the spot. They sent in ALL the paperwork to the insurance and to the DMV. I would like to give a special thanks to Reed, Joe, and Avi for their espectacular care, service and repair! Thank you, and as Reed promised, this really was the best accident I ever had!

My husband got into a car accident in Manhattan, it was a three car accident. The tow truck from metro auto body picked up our car, a honda accord which was in bad shape. Pat, was the one that showed up at the accident and towed the car! He was sooo helpful in the information he gaves us , he even gave me a call @ my cell phone and reassured me that my car would be like new again...i must say they did a phenomenal job and it took 2wks to get my car back due to the fact that my insurance adjustor took 5 days to visit the shop. I am completely satisfied and they truly know the word:CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They delivered my car infront of my house in New Jersey and did an amazing job, my car looks like it never went through an accident..I will recommend them to all my family and friends..I also want to add that the manager(Joe) was exceptional, he was very professional and helpful! I got into a car accident in Manhattan. A yellow taxi smashed the entire left side of my car. The police came and told me they called a tow truck for me. Some guy named Johnny showed up and explained everything to me. I had no idea how any of this works being my first accident. Boy, did they make it easy. They handled everything for me. I got my car back 8 days after the accident. My cadillac CTS looks like the day I drove it off the show room. These guys were so professional, and give awesome customer service. I hope I dont get into any more accidents, but if I do, only one shop is touching my car. Metro Auto Body. And no. They didnt pay me for this. I just feel you give credit when its due. Victor

Horrible accident left my car on the verge of being salvaged. I wanted to see if I can get it fixed before giving up hope. Brought it to metro auto body and the guys talked me through the whole process and made it simple for me. Few days later my car looked brand new. Its not only the work and the service but its also the little things. I remember I was missing the plastic attachment to the gas cap, the accident was front end damage but they still replaced that piece. Feels good knowing they looked at everything from bumper to bumper and replaced everything not just the area where the accident damaged.

My car was demolished when it was parked . One of the worse mornings I ever had,luckily a family member recommended Metro. I must say the job the did was amazing! I was highly considering trading in the Subaru for something else however after I saw my car when the job was done, I could not see myself doing so. The paint job was amazing , plus they even covered the small spots damages that my car had from bad parking. This is by far the best place I have ever taken my car. Not only are the profesional but they are very helpful and courteous.

I had a really good experience with Metro Auto Body. My car was hit by another car which had never happened to me before. I was frazzled and had no idea what to do. I was in good hands with the friendly staff at Metro. They were super helpful (and I didnt feel like I was being tricked, which is usually my experience when dealing with my car). They took care of everything, they called insurance and called for my rental car as well. Two weeks later, my car looked brand new. Id recommend them to anyone.

Ill start by saying no one likes having to bring their cars in to get fixed, but Metro makes the whole process as painless as possible, not to mention they are efficient and are great in what they do. I have had to get my car fixed after two accidents, and both time Metro took care of me from the very beginning, everything from insurance claim, inspection, they even arranged the rental car for me, and my car always come back as good as new. Metro really values their customers and it shows.

After coming back from work one day to my car being completely smashed by a hit and run "rent me" truck, Metro Auto Body made the entire repair experience quick and painless. I got my car back like it was brand new and they even helped coordinate my rental until repairs were finished. There isnt another shop that gives the time, care and honesty Metro Auto Body does. Im not one to usually write reviews, but I felt this was more than due!
