Personal Touch saved me money and saved my car, and made the whole process as close to painless as possible.My insurance company (which was completely fair, reasonable, and responsive) decided to "total"my car after someone backed into the passenger-side fender, so it made me a cash offer. I really liked my 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe and wanted to keep it on the road. I looked up the reviews of Personal Touch on a paid consumer rating service I subscribe to, so I drove the car to their shop. The owner, told me that Personal Touch would fix my car for what the insurance company was willing to pay (and the insurance company had stopped totaling the bill when the estimate hit 75% of the cars value) and he did it! In addition, he forgave $200 of the $500 deductible I was supposed to pay. I needed the car to get out of town, so he expedited the repair and completed it, including a new fender and right-front suspension system, in about two days. The office manage told me what would be happening at the beginning and kept me informed along the way. The car draws flawlessly and looks better than it did before the accident.

Very Very Unprofessional. These people are not trustworthy. They tell you one thing and do something else. They do not deserve one star. I would never take my car to them again. The work is horrible they are definitely color blind. They get paid for the work and if you not happy with the outcomes. They do not care. Its all about money to them. They do not care you or your property. Go somewhere else make sure you investigate their work first. Sloppy and Unprofessional Work. They should be close down. They allow people like them to stay in business. Nasty Attitude, Rip Off, Manipulation, Liar!!!!.

Women Health and Beauty tips

These guys were awesome. Personal Touch Auto Body was very helpful and nice. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, price, and timeliness of their responses. When I brought my car in, Personal Touch Auto Body was able to get some of the scratches wiped/buffed so easily that he had me leave free of charge and recommended I bring my car directly to their dent specialist to avoid the mark up on price since it was the only service i was getting done from them. I will definitely be bringing my car here for anything in the future!

This place looks like a really great shop when u first encounter everyone they seem more then willing to accommodate all of your needs but here is my problem I picked up my car and was told to come in two to three months to have the car buffed and polished which seems strange to me but ok year later im still trying to have my car fished but after several attempts at returning to get the work done I have given up and live with a dull paint job that chips more and more as the winter days continue

I own a 2015 black 2ss camaro .. I wrecked it pretty bad all over, front, back passenger, driver side , lost control in the snow and banged up on the guard rail countless times. Personal touch hands down is the best auto body shop probably on this planet ... Im surprised they dont have a tv show of how thoural precise and to perfection with all there work. Case in point my car is new again. This place rocks people...bring your car here get it done right the first time. Serious talk!!!!

I took my car to get my car fixed after an accident, they do terrible work. The job is incomplete, Mike was hasty and the female staff were unprofessional. The shop is always packed and I had to return with my vehicle several times for repairs. They kept rushing my vehicle out stating that I should come back the next morning. They also suggested for me to commit insurance fraud in order to get the work done to my vehicle. I am currently in the process of filing a lawsuit.

Unprofessional, Sloppy Work I would never recommend anyone to them. They are not trustworthy they ripe you off. look at other alternative before you allow these unqualified people to work on your car. They over charge you and are liars. They with give you after-market parts on your car beware of they conniving ways. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!! Who repair a light and get paid to have water gets in it when it rain. Unprofessional.

Well as women I can say a women should not be giving estimates very unprofessional doesnt even know how to give a estimate over the phone not even ruffly in person she is rude she should be fired and some one with better knowledge should be in charge she just lost over 100 customers that I know that will never go there because of her shes rude and pushes customers away.

Have had two cars repaired here. Top Notch Service over the last 10 Years! On my current car, my hood was painted about 6 years ago by personal touch. Recently it started peeling a fading after 6 years. I went back to see the owner thinking I would get turned away, but he agreed to re-paint if for free! Thats what I call a real business!

Mike and Lisa did a great job helping me with my car. .. When Mike told me he is the deductable man he was not liying, from 1000 dollars I only pay half. My car was ready in 4 days... Personal touch is the place to go....
