This place is run by hustlers. Geico recommended I go there after my accident for repairs. They fixed my vehicle in an appropriate time frame. When I went to pick it up... the vehicle looked brand new BUT the brake light, ABS light, and traction control lights were all on. I went back inside to ask the owner about why the lights were on and he told me that its because something is wrong with my rear braking system which was not as a result of the accident. He was correct in that respect. However I cannot respect a company that would let me leave with a vehicle that knowingly had issues and did not inform me. He knew that my car had problems with it and only addressed my concerns when I questioned him about it. In addition I wanted to have them replace my side mirror. The dealership quoted me $500, valenca quoted me $250, and I found it in Amazon for $60 free 2- day shipping. They did a great job on my cars body work but I simply dont trust them and thats why Im giving them 1 star.

I have to say that these guys were professional from day 1 and my car was on the road in 2 days! They have the convenient Geico Express Service and as soon as you walk in they take care of you. The adjuster was very nice, very informative and I walked away at peace. I was told it would take at least 3-4 days before I got my car back, but on day two I got a call to come get my car. They did a great job and my car looks as good as new. I was worried that I was going to receive crap service, because of my last experience with a local shop in the Bronx. I also read a lot of negative reviews about Geico Express, but now I can give others the peace of mind that I had a good experience with both the shop and Geico. Of course, everyones situation is different and my car wasnt too banged up, but Im sure that you will receive good service at this place. Im happy to be the first to give them a good review!

Ive previously brought my electric blue 2009 BMW 335i M Sport to be serviced here about 3 years ago, and theyve done an amazing job! I just recently brought my 2014 X3 M Sport over to them last week and once again Im very satisfied with their quick turn around time and quality of work theyve done. The customer service here is excellent and I would highly recommend anyone with a high end vehicle to get serviced here!

Reputable business, Lou the owner will always get involved in everything to make sure customer services are always operating at its best. Work done in cars here are done so well that when you get your vehicle back it doesnt look like it was EVER hit. They take most insurance and have a few Geico and other companies brokers available to make your experience a pleasant one.

They go into detail with every repair. I got into a fender bender and I wasnt sure if the vehicle would drive the same after that. But they quickly calmed me down and explained to me most of the damages and what repairs would be needed. And also guaranteed me that they have dealt with worst and made it work. They also have lifetime warranty on any insurance based repair.

I work right next to Valanca at Bronx Honda and they do Professional body work, Funk Master Flex is a DJ for Hot 97 and he has all his cars (like15+) there to be painted for his car shows and they make custom rims for 50 Cent. The Best.
