I was a skeptic of this place at first, given that it was my very first accident. I was without a doubt a difficult one to deal with, let alone please. I questioned everything ... Went as far as googling and making my own diagnoses. The end result a beauty. Its as if nothing ever happen!!! Thats to say the least. The older man there made me feel at ease. Im not sure his name but he gave me the greatest realization and thats never forgetting God and to worship him always . To many, that very statement would be ignored because we dont want to talk religion. I dont either but for a person to be as vulnerable and to share his beliefs with a total stranger ...I will forever give my loyalty. Connecting with your customers is key to building a successful business. I highly recommend this shop .. Sure I did receive a full tank of gas and the guys went above and beyond from waxing the car to take off a strip I myself never took notice of. If thats the kind of results your looking for go for it, Im sure theyll do same. Just know you will probably forever be the place you will go to when a problem arises again, and will know your good hands! Thank you to all at sos body shop. You guy made me feel like fam!

Ive been going here for a good 10 years along with my entire family. They have repaired my 1999 pathfinder, 2012 grand Cherokee, 2014 Jetta, and most recently my 2014 Audi Q7. The vehicle looks better then the day I picked it up from the dealer. Not only is it like it never happened but the state of my vehicle upon picking it up was immaculate inside and outside. I actually started tearing up because after a long couple of weeks this was really the best thing that happened to me -getting my car back so beautifully. My insurance company tried giving me the runaround but Mike stepped in and took care of it making sure I was taken care of and he called me through out the whole process to update me and keep me informed. When I dropped my car off Frank held my son as I got his car seat out and made sure I wasnt stressed. When I picked up the vehicle Charlie and Gary were there to make sure everything was perfect and that I didnt have any concerns. Charlie, Mike, Frank and Gary were all so kind and provided me with such reassurance and customer service. In a world where I feel we constantly settle for either good customer service or great quality I found a place where you get both every time.

I have dealt with numerous collision shops, but not one can compare to the amazing service Ive received at SOS Auto Body! Their dedication to providing the highest level of customer service is seen through their pristine work. Every time I leave their shop, my car looks better than it did the first day I brought it home from the dealership. Working with Charles, Michael and the rest of their team has been nothing less than a lovely experience. You are truly treated in the most professional, honest and kindest manner. I live in Brooklyn and I dont even have to think twice about traveling to Queens whenever my car needs body work. I highly recommend SOS Auto Body, "Like it Never Happened" is an understatement! Amazing experience Now my 2013 Honda Accord looks better than the first day out of the dealership. now everyone I know keep asking me why the car looks so shiny and better than new and that makes me so happy when I get good feedback about my car. their level in body work repair is incredible .. The repairs turned out better than expected. and they are obsessed with customer service i was Really blown away by them. Franks welcomed me as if i was a family member wow they helped me calling the insurance company and also getting a rental in less than one hour wow. If you want your car to look like nothing ever happened to it or better i will recommend this shop 100% thanks Frank and thanks to the entire SOS repair team. The best repair shop in queens

walking into SOS is like having your uncle own a body shop. I was happy with the service from beginning to end. Not only was my car returned to me in better condition then when I dropped it off , but everyone was beyond welcoming and proffessonal. They kept in contact throught the process and took Care of everything in much less time then I expected. To top things off they cleaned all the dog hair out of my car ( NOT AN EASY PROCESS) . I hope I dont have to return but if I ever need good reliable service I know where to go.

Last month a was rear ended in my brand new 2016 Dodge Durango which was very upsetting . I took my car to SOS and felt comfort from the minute i walked in the door and dealt with Mike and his father Charles . i picked my car up 2 weks later as promised and could not tell it was hit in the rear . Amazing job done by the SOS team . SOS also made it easy for me to get around for 2 weeks by having a rental company pick me up that day quikly . i was left totally satisfied and comfortable plus and excellent bodywork job

My car was parked on the street and was damaged by an unknown vehicle. I took my car here under the recommendation of my boss and I couldnt be happier with the service. The car had an awful deep dent running through both passenger doors all the way to the bumper, but after picking in up , it looks like a new car. They did an amazing job and you could never tell it was damaged. I would highly recommend this auto body shop.
