If there was a higher rating, I would choose it! Hartels is the best autobody shop and I couldnt be more impressed with every aspect of their work as well as their customer service. Rene immediately welcomed us to visit for estimates; he was incredibly kind, thorough, attentive, professional, very pleasant and most of all, cared about us. Our correspondence was constant and they made sure the whole process was stress free and easy for us. We had our car back in less than a week. It looks brand new! The work is impeccable and their service exceeds any and all expectations one could possess for an autobody shop. We truly appreciate everything they did for us, wouldnt recommend anyone else and if we ever need anything, we will surely go nowhere other than Hartels!

The staff at Hartel Auto Body Inc, were awesome. The took me in right away and was done in less than 30 minutes. They were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable and secure with the service I recieved. I would patronize them again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks for your great service and welcome. I was fully satisfied with the work done on my car. I couldnt tell that my car was in an accident. The staff has some attitude but I could put up with it. I would take my car there again, but they act as if theyre doing you a favor.
