This was the first time I was involved in a car accident and I was very upset and stressed. I had just leased a beautiful new Acura ILX Hybrid a few weeks prior to getting rear-ended by an SUV on my way home from work. My beautiful new car (that still had temporary plates on) had its rear left bumper, rear panel, rear door and rear wheel damaged. I was referred to Northern Westchester Auto body by my car dealer at Acura of Bedford Hills. After meeting with Matt at Northern Westchester Auto body I was immediately put at ease and I decided to have them repair the damages to my car. Matt made all the arrangements for me. He spoke to my insurance company and arranged for an adjuster to see & photograph my car. He then drove me to Hertz and put me into a rental car. After dropping my off at Hertz, Matt then took my car over to Geicos claim adjuster to have them inspect the damages. I did not have to do any of this leg work ... This not only saved me time off from work to do all this running around .. it save me all the added stress. All this was done the same day I took my car in for an appraisal. I was so impressed and so relieved. Within a week my car was made to look brand new. No one could tell that it was ever involved in an accident. My car looked beautiful! Recently I scraped the paint off the front side of my car when I backed out of my garage. I immediately brought my car to Northern Westchester Auto body ... I didnt even think of having anyone else repair my car. I would recommend this auto body shop to anyone who wants a reliable, honest and fair Auto body Shop that does impeccable work.

Vinny and Matt seem like theyre friendly and great to do business with until you have an issue with their work, at which point they are decidedly unpleasant. We had an issue which was due to a snapped clip while putting part of our car back together again after a previous accident that theyd repaired (the dealer showed me the broken clip in person), but which didnt manifest itself until a month or so later. When we brought the car in to show them the problem - which incidentally wasnt major but cosmetically not right - not only were we told that they werent to blame "we never make mistakes like that", they made out that wed hit a branch at exactly the same place the clip broke and started photographing our car without permission, steadfastly refusing to do anything about it. Not the way to keep good customers (wed been going to them for years). YMMV, but beware. There are many many autobody shops out there, and hopefully others stand behind their work better than Northern Westchester Autobody do.

Once again, Matt and his team brought my Cayenne back to showroom condition. I was first referred to Matt by a friend and grudgingly drove the 45 minutes to have him look at a gash through a door and panel on a Mercedes. My local dealer wanted to replace the metal on two doors and most of the side panels. Matt said his team could try to fix the existing panels. Matts estimate was much less than my local shop. When I picked the car up, you could not tell there was a repair - it was that good. It was a sunny day and the lines of the car were perfect. This time, Matt repaired some vandalism and the results were just as good. I was again impressed with the attention to detail and the end result. If a part does not fit perfectly, it is replaced. I have used Northern Westchester three times and each time the bill was spot on the estimate, the work was done in the time estimated (or before) and I loved the work. It is worth the trip for me.

These guys were great! Prior to getting my car fixed they recognized that my insurance company was trying to get over on me and stepped up on my behalf to explain what my rights were and remedy the situation. They were honest, professional and timely. When I got to their office (which was very clean and tidy - not something auto body shops are known for, which was a huge plus and built rapport up front), they walked me through their policies and pricing in advance so there would be no surprises later. The car not only came back with all of the damage repaired, but they also buffed out other non-related accident scratches free-of-charged and with no questions asked. I also asked for a last minute inspection, which they processed efficiently and effectively. Being this was my first accident, Northern Westchester Audtobody exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, clean and efficient auto body shop.

I could not have received better service at Northern Westchester Auto Body. I picked up my Honda Pilot, after striking a deer at night on I-684. Their tow truck driver gave me a ride to the train station, that was the first clue that this is a first-class shop. Then about ten days later, when I picked up my Pilot, it was perfect, a job so well done I marveled at how perfect the paint was, the new front bumpers, the damaged headlights were new and in perfect working condition. They were meticulous about their good service, and they even washed and vacuumed my car. Amazing. I thought my interactions with co-owner Matt Grasso were always friendly and on-point. They interacted easily with my insurance. I mean, this is Service with a capital S. I think this is the way every auto body shop should be. I enthusiastically recommend Northern Westchester Auto Body. I am hard to please as a customer, a New Yorker, and these guys were impressive.

The guys at Northern Westchester Auto Body went above and beyond! Their customer service is outstanding. This was my first experience needing an auto body shop and if I ever need one again I will definitely go back to Northern Westchester Autobody, My car was hit when someone ran a red light at an intersection while being out of state. Matt at Northern Westchester Auto Body guided me through every step of the process including dealing with both insurance companies, the car rental and he even sent a flat bed to get my car and bring it back to NY. Matt even reached out to the insurance companies for me. He followed up multiple times to give updates on the progress of the car, and him and the guys worked very hard to complete the car on a tight timeline and by the date promised. The car looks brand new and like nothing ever happened and is running great. I highly recommend Matt and Northern Westchester Auto Body!!

Best service you will ever receive in Westchester. Matt and his team are truly AMAZING! I was in a horrific car accident on December 28th, 2015 and My car was sent to Northern Westchester. I had the choice to bring it somewhere else but Im glad I didnt. My Acura TSX is a total but Matt and his team did an AWESOME job at communicating and just helping me in any way they possibly could. Ive NEVER EVER been able to speak so HIGHLY about any place but I will about Northern Westchester. Most body shops just want your money but I had a different vibe ever since that first call from Matt. They truly deserve 10000000 stars. All body shop work I would definitely recommend Northern Westchester! THANK YOU MATT AND EVERYONE AT NORTHERN WESTCHESTER!!!! I have at least 7 body shops down the street from me but I would definitely travel up to Bedford Hills for any auto body work! Again, THANKS MATT FOR THE WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!
