USE LASER FRAME!!! I have not even had the work on my car done yet but I have to say that Ive never been tretaed so well by an auto repair shop. These guys are surpisingly normal and easy going. They are also very organized and can give you clear ansrwers, suggestions, and options. Mind you Im only having minor work done for for very little money and they took me seriously. I went there for an estimate unannounced on a saturday 15 minutes before they closed. They did it fast and explained everything. There was no pressure to start the work. When I called back to initiate the repair a month later, Craig responded fast and professionally. He implicitley understood that its important to not have your car in a shop for a long time and presented me with a plan to get it done fast with the least disruption to my familiys life. I keep thinking this is some type of practical joke or Im on candid camera. I have no doubt the work will be first rate. Im from New York and Ive been around the block more than a few times.

Laser Frame is the BEST autobody shop around. First, their customer service is SUPERB. You can ask them any question and they will be honest, looking out for your best interests. They will help you with any insurance questions, car rentals etc... Laser Frame truly puts their customers first. I had my car serviced by them a couple of times and I was more than pleased both times! They work quickly and efficiently. Also, they go above and beyond, fixing or touching up other scratches unrelated to the accident. They wash and polish your car beautifully before pick up. Bring your car there! You will be so happy!

My BMW front fender was slightly sticking out. I was told by other body shops that they would have to replace the entire front bumper at a cost of over $1000. I stopped by Laser based on the reviews and they said no problem...its probably just a clip. They fixed it for nothing and wouldnt even let me tip the guy who did the work. I will also tell you from the look of the shop and the employees that this is a well run operation. The shop was clean and the employees had uniforms. You can see they were taking great care to do perfect work. I would give them 10 stars if that were possible,

Last week I went to Laser Frame and Body Repair service for the first time to fix scratches on my new Honda Accord and it was such a pleasant and great experience. The customer service was absolutely exceptional - The Manager made an assessment of the issue with my car, scheduled my appointment and his staff fixed it expertly and quickly - I couldnt be happier with the result! Great professionals and very nice people and excellent service. I would highly recommend Laser Frame and Body Repair to all my friends.

I swung by there without an appointment because my passenger door was leaking and experienced the most outstanding service. The receptionist was pleasant and the men who worked there were also very polite. Since my problem was only minor I was out of there in less than 20 mins!!! If ever my car needs more work I will definitely be returning there!
