I dont even want to give 1 star to them. I have filed a claim on June 23rd and was referred to this shop by my insurance. I contacted them right away. The shop told me to wait a week to bring a car in for the estimate. So I waited a week then came in. When I got there, they told me to wait another week to bring the car back. The shop said they would order the parts then contact me which will take about a week. So I waited another week. Never got a phone call from them. I called several times to check on the order for the parts but they kept on saying that they havent received the parts even after 2 weeks. I have wasted total of 4 weeks just by waiting for them to have me drop off my car for repair. I am done waiting. I took my car to another shop today and the new shop already gave me the estimate, order the parts right away, and scheduled me to bring the car in 3 days. What a waste of my time with Yonkers Auto Body shop. If they made me wait for a month to even bring the car in, how long will they take to repair the car? a month? two month?? Do your favor and find another shop.

VERY POOR SERVICE AND WORK. It was so bad, that I cant even give the two stars. They put 15k into the car, saying they fixed it all, but what wasnt broken, was now broken..I never in my life have seen such poor work

Although my car was declared a total loss, the mechanic was straight forward with me, took his time a explained all of the damages to my vehicle. The people who run this garage seem to be genuinely good people.

Took my car to Yonkers Auto Body after searching for reputable places, couldnt be happier with the way Tony and his staff treated me and my car. Highly recommended
