I will not recommend this place at all, I was sent there by Geico because it was close to my house. The person that makes the estimate told me to wait since I was late, which it was ok with me since it was difficult to find parking. Then after 2 hours he said in a rude way to return another day. I decided to come back I though he is not having a good day. Then, I finally send someone else to take my car. The estimate was done by the time the car needed to be repaired even the part was arrived they told me they could not fix the car I needed to wait until Monday he had so many cars that if I wanted to go some place else. After all the hassle thats the best they could said to me in a very rude way. Therefore I found another place Wayside on Queens Boulevard they not only fix the car they treated nice, with respect and on a timely manner delivered the car.

So bad. They made mistake and they olny gave weather reason. Also, they didnt care of the problem and said the reasons again again. So bad! Do NOT go this auto body shop. NAVER. The rent car officer who works in the same shop called my wife and wants to charge $40 dollars for gas. I told her i already did fuel the gas and than my wife recalled them. Finally they canceled the fee.

My car was repaired here for through their GEICO ARX facility. The work was well done and they went above and beyond to make sure I was aware of what had to be fixed. Ive already recommended them to others and would encourage any GEICO customers to bring their cars here!

Awesome job! I had to wait a good while for a part to come in, not there fault, but after it came in the job looks brand new! Danny, the head guy there, has great customer service and I would recommend this place to anyone on the fence about having collision work done.

Love it! Hope you dont have reason to go here, but if you do, theyre great. Professional, courteous, reasonable. Geico sent me here after a fender bender and my car came back beautifully (also... they washed it. nice touch).
