Over the years, I have experienced quite a few "accidents" with my car and it has needed repair. Of all the Auto Body shops Ive been to, Garden City Auto Body by far has given me the greatest customer service. I was their in the summer to replace a front bumper. Instead of trying upselling me, they gave me the lowest rate of all the local auto body shops. Since I was a student at the time at Hofstra, one of the employees even gave me ride back to campus! What really sold me on this place is I recently went back to fix my splash guard and glove compartment. Now I while the splash guard would have been cheap to buy a replacement, I was fearful that all the labor costs were going to add up. As I arrived, they, they realized that they were able to fix both without replacing the splash guard or the glove compartment. While they could have easily just said both are broken and you have to replace them, they were able to come up with a solution to fix it and save me a lot of money. If you are considering which Auto Body to go to, I cannot recommend this place enough. Hands down, this is the best Auto Body I have ever been to.

My new lincoln MKS was into accident last month. I was upset that I wont have the same look of my car it was before. After a painful search for a best auto body shop I found GARDEN CITY AUTO BODY. Based on excellent reviews I contacted the shop and spoke to the owner (Brian). He took care of me from the moment I visited him. Just like other shops I thought he would be fixing my car with after market parts or used junkyard parts but when my car was ready I saw all parts he used were genuine ford parts, and the work his team did was just simply amazing. I couldnt even realize for a sec that this car was ever been into accident. Great customer service and a man of his words is what made a best experience ever with this shop. I will truly and highly recommend this place. Very reasonable quotes. For a side note I brought couple of my friends here already and they are as happy as I am. I run a limousine business amd I think i have found a partner to take care of my cars in the future.

My new Subaru Crosstrek had 2 dents and a couple of damaged parts. I had gone to 3 other body shops where I got estimates on the damage before finding Garden City Auto Body. Brian the owner of the shop gave me the most reasonable estimate for the damages and was very knowledgeable and friendly. After answering several of my questions, I felt most confident to have my car repaired by Brian. It turned out to be a great decision. Brian ordered the parts needed for the repair and set an appointment to have the car fixed within a couple of days. The job was done efficiently and quickly. When I saw my car I was amazed, it was as if the car had never been damaged at all. Fantastic job with the dents and everything was back to new. I was very impressed with Brian...he did everything he said he was going to do and for a fair price. I highly recommend Garden City Auto Body for their excellent craftsmanship and professionalism.

These guys were absolutely amazing. After I got into my first accident, I was worried about the process of going through insurance. I was afraid the insurance company would lowball me, or any body shop I found would do a crappy job. I feel very lucky to have met Brian and his wife during this process. I found them through their high rating on google maps. They broke down the process step by step, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. A hour or so after meeting Brian, I was in a rental car at no expense, and my car was being worked on in the shop. Few days later, the car looked better then before the accident and I hadnt paid a single dollar. I will be recommending this shop to every one of my friends and family, maybe even some strangers lol. If you are on the fence, GO talk to them. Even if you dont decide to do business with them, they provide great insight into the insurance process.

Before fixing my car, I went to several auto body shops nearby, talked to people, and tried to get the quotes from different places. Brian, the owner of Garden City Auto Body is the nicest and most professional guy among them! After examining my car, he gave me several options to fix it. Explained everything carefully and patiently to me. It is really important to me, who know basically NOTHING about cars!! Finally, he helped to fix the bumper and fender for FREE!!! He got the job done nicely and quickly! They also gave me a ride home after I sent them my car! It will be my “go to “ place in the future (although I hope I don’t need to come back again…). I will recommend this to everyone!!! BTW, the auto body shop is clean and well organized! All the staffs are friendly!

I was recently involved in a hit and run where the driver rear ended my vehicle. Brian and his staff came highly recommended by a coworker who has used their services in the past. Brian was always very attentive to my needs and very detail oriented when assessing the damages on my car. He went that extra mile to make sure that I was never left out of the process from start to finish and he made sure that the insurance company covered everything and anything that should have been repaired. Always available when I called to ask questions and always super courteous. If you are looking for quality auto body repairs from a true gentleman then look no further. I never usually take the time to write reviews but decided to do so when credit was truly due.

Brian provided me a quick estimate and made sure to secure the best deal possible. The work on my car was finished in less than a day. Overall, much faster and affordable than I anticipated for the work needed on my car - which was top notch to say the least, my car looks better with its new bumper than the original with no traces of the damage I incurred. Great customer service, Brian keeps you updated throughout the whole process and always picks up the phone on the first ring. If quality, affordability, and superior service are important to you, I strongly recommend GC Auto Body. The absolute BEST around!

I went in for a free estimate. the owner, Brian, was very helpful and frientdly. I did not buy coverage for my own car so I needed to pay out of my own pocket for my collision work. Knowing this Brian tried everything to do the job correctly and at the same time, save me money. the process (estimate) was transparent, went through all of the parts I would need, as well as the labor. it was pleasant and suprise experience since I "shopped around" for a bunch of collision shops. I certainly will take his offer and, please stay tuned, that I will write again once my car is done.

Garden City Auto Body was enthusiastically recommended to me by a fellow Marine who had his car repainted. I had a situation come up where I needed a full paintjob and used Garden City Auto Body. Customer service was top of the line as well as the paint quality. I would recommend any of my friends or fellow Marines to Garden City Auto Body for any of their vehicle cosmetics. They are a small family operation and put that extra quality and care for every customer that they do business with. I will do business again with Brian Solomon if the need ever arises again.
