I did not want to give this shop a negative review, yet the more I think about it, the more I feel I should, given how my entire experience went. It is my responsibility to inform the public so that they can decide for themselves when selecting a good body shop. I brought my 2015 BMW 328i here to fix the entire right hand side of the car. THE GOOD: -Kemal seems like a good person and a gentleman (manager) -The paint was sprayed very well THE BAD!!! -Caused error to cars TPMS system for which they did not want to assume responsibility and cost me A $179 fee at dealer -Gas cap does not line properly, rear bumper cover does not line well with rear quarter, orbital sander marks/scuffs in passenger window glass, door trim. -Missing screws under rear bumper cover which they later fixed. -Water leak from under rear door upper trim--which they also later fixed (after my daughter got wet at car wash

My 2012 Honda was hit a by a Chevy Silverado, damaging the driver-side mirror, front door, and rear door. I got four estimates and Pro Body was the least expensive. Based on the price and the positive reviews, I decided to go with Pro Body. My experience was positive from the get go - I called the shop and was told I could come in the next day for an estimate. The shop is centrally located (if you live in Queens) and the estimate was quick. I decided to leave my car with Pro Body that day (Friday) and was told the car would be ready on Wednesday the following week. On Tuesday, I received a call that my car was ready! Regarding the work done, the car looks flawless. You cannot tell that any body work was performed and the shop went the extra mile by applying a coat of wax. I highly recommend Pro Body for any body work you need done.

need anything fixed with you car come here! I cannot recommend PRO enough. Owner and his staff are fantastic, and will help you out of a jam! I have been here twice. The other morning I heard something dragging on the front end of my car. Took the car to PRO just before opening at 8 and they took my car right in, tightened up whatever it was and sent me on my way. Great guys!! So glad to know that whenever I have a problem with my car I can head over to Pro Body Shop and I will be taken care of. Thank you guys!!!!! Great to have a locally owned auto shop in town that is honest and NOT a rip off!

Great experience with this shop! Honest. The work is done very professionally and it was a pleasure dealing with people that knew what they were talking about. I would definitely recommend to others. I brought in my car due to scratches all over the car. The detailing that they did was impeccable. It looks just as I drove out of the car dealership for the first time! Very happy.

Had my Porsche bumper painted here, I researched for a long time to find a shop that actually sprays with Spies Hecker paint. They allowed me in the back to watch the bumper being taken off my car, prepped and painted. I was very impressed. Pic is attached. Price cheaper than what Porsche of Roslyn was trying to charge me too.

These guys did an awesome job on my 2016 white BMW X3. I had scraped a pole in my apartmemts indoor parking and Avi heled me make my car beautiful like when i first got it. He even buffed out my 2 side doors at no charge. Theh have a customer for life. And thank you to the girl in the front for arranging me an upgraded rental!
