If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. Charles (the owner) and Annie (the manager) are irresponsible, rude, and are operating a scam. First, they "lost" my favorite vintage, one-of-a-kind sweatshirt. It took 6 calls/emails for Annie to finally respond to me with a lukewarm apology, but only after she accused me of losing it before I turned it in to their service. I fought for a credit, and was given $20. Thats okay, things happen (I guess). What I am extremely irritated about is the second instance I had with this business. Using the $20 credit I sent in a bag of my sheets, towels, and a few articles of clothing. When my laundry was returned, my very expensive cream-colored sheets had been dyed BLUE. I wrote emails to both Charles and Annie, called every day, multiple times a day, trying to get a response. Finally, Annie gets back to me and AGAIN accuses me of dying my own sheets blue and then turning them in to their service! I went and purchased an identical set of sheets and scanned the receipt to Charles and Annie, to which they responded they would only give me a credit for 40% of the cost of the new sheets. A CREDIT - as IF I would ever send a single article of clothing to this business again! Ive been trying to get my money back for months to no avail. tl;dr - This is the worst laundry service in NYC. Support your local wash and fold instead.

I tried these guys back in November last year and I was not impressed with how disgusting my white clothes came back. The pick up and delivery were on time so that was the upside. I was a bit turned off but decided to try them again a few weeks ago. I paid for "premium" service and requested that my whites be washed separate from colored clothes. How difficult can that be for a laundry service?? Apparently, the concept of keeping white clothing white during the washing process is lost of these people. Then, the premium wash gets turned around in 3 days and not 24 hrs like the cheaper packages. So, I paid more to get my lkaundry back later? Ok, no problem. They need more time to separate all my whites and wash everything perfectly, right? Not really! My white shirts that had small stains on them when I sent them to get washed came back WITH THE VERY SAME STAINS! lol This place is a total joke. Its almost impossible to get a hold of a rep when you call but I finally got a hold of someone this evening named Annie. She apologized for the bad experience and offered me a credit. When I asked her what I paid for with the premium package, she informed me that they read the labels on my clothes so they hand delicates to dry and they dont wash clothing thats meant to be dry cleaned. Dont bother!

Im still missing laundry and I got someone elses suit jacket and pants, anyone missing clothes from the laundry center? And if you have a blue pinstriped blazer its mine. I scheduled an appointment for pickup at 7-9am on Tuesday Feb 12th. They showed up at 6pm, and I obviously wasnt home. No one called in advance like they claimed. I called to reschedule for Friday Feb 15th, no one showed up. When I called they claimed to have stopped by but no one was home. I called again to reschedule for February 22nd, and they kept putting me in touch with the delivery drivers, who seem to have no idea what they were doing. Still no pickup, I called again and finally they picked up my laundry on March 2nd. They Said that they had a 24hour turn around and I told them that I needed my drycleaning for a trip to Miami and they said it would be delivered on March 4th in the evening. They never showed up. I left for my flight on March 5th. I tried calling but went straight to voicemail. Horrible customer service! I called 3 times in the past week about missing clothes and no response, so much for 24 hour, someone will call you. Still waiting and missing clothes.

Do Not, I repeat DO NOT use this company!! We sent over $1000.00 worth of Garments off to be washed and folded and the 24 hour service they advertise appealed to me. We were visiting New York for 8 days and we sent it off on Day 2. I followed up with them every day, only to be told it would arrive the following business day. What had actually happened is they had lost it and was hoping the problem would go away when we left New York! Charles the owner would refuse to talk to me, until on our final day I telephoned and he happened to answer the phone. Only after I threatened to get a lawyer involved did they decide to track down my laundry. They had delivered it to a college. By this time I was home in Australia and subsequently I have had to organize for the hotel to freight it back to me and incur the related costs. We also had to purchase new clothes for the remainder of our holiday as they had lost half of our luggage. This company is unprofessional and misrepresent themselves in their advertising. I would implore people to steer clear!

They were repeatedly unable to keep the pick-up and drop-off appointments. So, that means I am rearranging my schedule and they never show up or they are late. This happened 3 times that I can remember -- unprofessional and disrespectful. They also charged my credit card 5 TIMES for the same service. I called to try to rectify and never got a call back from them. Luckily, I have AmEx and my credit card company made it easy on me. This has been an extremely negative experience and I would not recommend them. No company is perfect, but this company is terrible. Go elsewhere.

Ive been using the service for a year but recently its been terribly unreliable. I called about a pickup and customer service assured me the driver was on his way; he never came. Then they just rescheduled it for a time I when Im not even home, COMPLETELY ignoring the email I was instructed to respond to with the new time. Customer service almost NEVER picks up. Ive been calling since last week trying to cancel my recurring order and it has gone to voicemail each time. SO DONE with this service.

They are terrible. They came no where near their window of time. Though we had our bags clearly marked with instructions they took it upon themselves to dry clean $500 worth of clothing that was bagged for wash and dry and have been unresponsive to my complaints, refusing to refund. Very unprofessional to say the least.

This place has completely fallen off, since the new owners nothing works. Machines have been down for over 2 months. How you have 49 dryers and about 15 actually work. How you have 40 washers and maybe 20 work........ I wish the old owners would come back......I been washing here for over 5 years

They charge me 200$ for nothing. I just ask for separate white and color clothes and they putt all dresses for dry cleaning. I am student and this is a huge money for me... I could eat a week for this money. I called them and they ignored me..
