Have used the facility several times. Not too many decent choices in area. It seems they almost never have hot water. Workers are generally aloof, especially the women who work there. Witnessed a horrible mishandling of a female hispanic customer by a male worker who usually is so helpful and provides some comic relief to those using the services. Guess he was having an off day. The place is pretty clean, and its open 24 hours, thats why I continue to go there. If you go, try to spend a dollar or two using the massage chair. Its a great reward for going out and washing your duds.

Drop off service is unreliable. Ever since the store is under new management, the drop off service is terrible. It take more than 2 days to get the clothes washed and they fail to mention this at the time the clothes are dropped off. They are engaged in false advertisment as the sign outside the laundrymat claims they offer same day pickup. They are very disorganized and most of the employees work as if they dont get pay to be there. Youre better off taking your business somewhere else.

Theres always clothes just sitting in the machines. Which when its already crowded its annoying and hard to wash clothes. Washing machines dont clean clothes well. The machines are most times dirty. The dryers need to be fixed or replaced because they keep getting clothes stuck within the creases. Ruined a newly bought dress of mine and sheets. Unfortunately, this is the only laundromat closest to me. Need to do better.

I love they have lots of machines & free soap on certain days. Lots of folding tables and different size dryers.
