I called this laundry for pick up services - which is really neat that they pick up and drop off since my work schedule is so hectic I hardly find time doing it myself. The first time I used them I sent a bag with One comforter and 5 Pillows as well as a bag with clothes that they quoted at 44 lbs. I have done a lot of laundry drop off in my life and I have never packed a bag that was 44 lbs. Okay whatever - I buy a scale and say the next time Im just going to weigh this myself so Ill know if theyre ripping me off. INDEED THEY ARE - I get an invoice after they pick up my clothes saying it was 39lbs so my balance is $39! I text them back and said I weighed it before it left the house and it was NOT 39lbs. They text me back saying that oh they made a mistake it was 35 - In all reality the bag was 29lbs. It is not okay to rip people off and take their hard earned money even if you only think it is a few dollars! NOT USING THEM AGAIN

Prompt pickup and delivery service. They will communicate effectively from beginning to the very end. I appreciate the friendly text among the way. $30 minimum for pick up and drop off. Very convenient and easy online scheduling. They offer a great service I plan on using every time I visit the area.
