TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BIG THUMBS DOWN!!! Ive grown up in the neighborhood and have given this store business over the course of the years. They sold me a flashlight which didnt work after I came home and tried to turn it on. I immediately called to let them know and to explain that this caused a huge inconvenience as I needed it in a timely fashion and that I would be back the following week to exchange it as I would be away for a week and wont be able to come earlier than that. They were very nasty and unfriendly and refused to exchange it. The man over the phone who sold me the flashlight said "how would I know whether you will just use it for a week and return it with a drained battery"...So in other words they accused a customer of trying to pull a shtick on their store without knowing the person and wouldnt display proper customer service. BE CAREFUL AND STAY AWAY.

CALLED TO PLACE A LARGE ORDER, THE MAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE REFUSED TO TAKE IT. I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING HERE FOR 25 YEARS AND WILL NEVER GO AGAIN. I TOLD HIM THAT HE SAID HE DID NOT CARE. I ASKED FOR THE OWNER HE SAID TO CALL BACK TOMORROW AND HUNG UP.
