Im a very loyal customer, and was excited to find a local laundry service that does pick up/drop off. I believe in supporting local business so I was willing to overlook them often overlooking me as a customer (not being clear on time frames, delivery, price, etc). The last straw was at the end of last year I got my laundry back and the mesh bag I put my intimates in was missing. I called to ask about it and was told hed get back to me. I called back a few times to inquire, and kept being told hed have to look into it. Fast forward to this month. I was out of town most of January, so when I returned I called to inquire again about my belongings and schedule laundry service. I told him I wasnt upset and would still use their business, but that I wanted to resolve the issue. Pick up was made. Two days later I hadnt heard anything from them so I called to inquire when my laundry would be complete and ask about my missing belongings. I was told it was very busy and my laundry would be complete Monday, and I agreed though I specified I had to leave for work by 4pm. He said he also needed to look for security footage from the last time my laundry was completed and see what happened. He chastised me for not calling back sooner, and I set him right clarifying that its his job to be sure his business follows up on errors theyve made. Monday came and went and I had no laundry. I called AGAIN to inquire only to be told my laundry was complete the day before and he forgot about me. Then he laughed at me. At this point it was clear to me that my business means nothing to them, and that I wasnt going to get my belongings back. I explained my frustration that I could be so disregarded as a customer, and that laughing at my concerns was a terrible way to conduct business. He said he could have my laundry to me within the hour and I reminded him that when we had spoke I told him I had to leave by 4 PM and that it was 4 PM he said that he would have it to me before I got home from work at 9 PM. When I arrived home at 9 PM I still had no laundry so I called again to inquire; at this point he agreed to schedule the delivery at that time. I of course made sure to check for my lingerie bag before the delivery person left and come to find that they have again removed my belongings from the lingerie bag to launder them which defeats the purpose of the lingerie bag. When I asked the gentleman delivering the laundry about my previously missing belongings he said he didnt know anything about it. Today I called yet again to inquire about my missing belongings as it is clear that they have no intention of actually resolving this issue by themselves. I was told that my items were removed from the lingerie bag, laundered, and returned to me without the mesh lingerie bag. When I disagreed with this assertion I was told that he would get me a new lingerie bag tomorrow and then promptly hung up on. I am not holding any hope that this promise will be completed as they have failed repeatedly to fix their mistake. Use their services at your own risk.

I have never had a more frustrating series of experiences than with this service. They have never once been within their time window. They are days later than they should be and hours late. Other places shrink our clothes--this just drives me to madness Ill take my chances with shrunk clothes. I was a sucker for giving them a third chance--dont bother giving them a first. Two stars because theyre truly trying. I hope they fix this.
