The bathroom is absolutely disgusting! There is piss all over the toilet and floor. Junkies and homeless go back there and its very disturbing being in there alone when they are back there not doing laundry. Then I seen a guy go inside the electrical room and close the door. Well that was off putting because he obviously was living in there because the entire time I was there he never came out but the bathroom looked like someone tried to pee during an earthquake. Now today I go in there and the same problem I swear its so disgusting hair, poop, per on the toilet and all over the floor. Plus there is no toilet paper and never ever any soap to wash your hands. Every time Im here doing laundry I have to use the Mexican Restaurant next door because Im pregnant and and cant hold it. Now on top of all that the change machine is broken and everyone said its always like that. Grrrrrrr!!! I had to drive all around the shopping center to get quarters. It wouldnt be so bad after I got my change that I went to use the restroom and was greeted by a porter potty stench and a nasty sight of filth. Ughhhhhhh! Its the only laundry mat closest to me! If it continues to be declining like it is then i will drive further to get the sanctification of a safe clean laundry mat. Also Ive never been to a laundry mat where there is never a person working there... I can never tell anyone my problems and concerns because no-one is ever here. Ok I am done on this topic! Hopefully things change and they put a better lock on the electrical room from the unnecessary traffic due to no employee on site they can do what they want whenever they want.

The change machine was out of order. A lot of the washers and dryers dont work. If they do work they dont work well be cute my clothes were soaking wet when done using the washer. No WiFi.
