I have no idea how anyone can give anything less than 5 stars for this place unless you only deal with the late night person. Amy and Ali are fantastic, there is another person who Ive only actually interacted with once and she was friendly, but does fail to call when the laundry is done - near as I have seen thats her only fault, though. Our washer went out and we started using their wash & fold service, everything came back spotless (and a couple things with stains I thought no one could get out!) they are always friendly, with a smile and a warm hello. The worst that ever happens is I have to wander a little farther into the place to where they fold because I come in the door that a wall blocks from view. The prices are reasonable, and as of this day we have still not replaced the washer, and I hope we never do!

Dolphin Laundry is a very professional environment that I would highly recommend to anyone that wants to go somewhere to do their laundry and get wonderful customer service. The employees are very helpful and when I have a issue they do not hesitate for a second to come over and solve the problem with a smile. One thing that really stood out to me about the facility was how clean it was. I dont want to go somewhere dirty to clean my laundry and the employees there were always cleaning immediately after a customer left. I would recommend Dolphin Laundry to any of my friends and family. It was a very welcoming environment with excellent customer service.

This place is horrible. I was excited after reading all of the good reviews, however when we have stopped by for drop off laundry service at 8:30 AM and at 5:30 PM there was no one present to help. We gave calls ahead of time that we were coming and they simply were not there. They lost my business, b/c they have wasted well over an hour of my time waiting over the last 2 days.

I have got to say, I have been to so many laundromats in the past. But this one is the BEST!!!! The service was outstanding and the place was so clean with a cozy and warm feeling. I always hated going to laundromats but when I come to Dolphin Laundry it feels like a home away from home. I recommend everyone to try this place, and the best thing is, their pricing is great.

Im very impressed with this laundromat. There are a lot of washers and dryers and its very clean. Only $.25 for the dryers and decent prices for the different size washers. Would recommend. We even drove all the way from the pembroke area to come here based off the reviews and we were not dissapointed

For the most part.. I Love coming here. Most of the staff is extremely friendly and offer to assist with getting clothes in and out of the car. Some of the machines malfunction from time to time but again the staff is usually most accomadating.

The staff is amazing! The drop off service is better than any other Ive used. My clothes are always done on time, and they smell fantastic. The place is always very clean which is a big plus in my book. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I am totally spoiled. Mark and everyone else at Dolphin is just great. I drop off there a couple times a week now. They take excellent care of my items and always have a great attitude. Highly recommended!

Needed to clean a King-sized, thick comforter, saw the great reviews and decided to try it out. You have the option to let them do it or do it yourself. Very nice staff...they did a great job.

Pretty clean, staff was very helpful. ATM was out of order. Wasnt here too long but looks like it could entertain children and teens fairly well with the arcade machines they have to offer.
