I came into the store at about 10 minutes before closing (my first time in the store, I didnt know what the hours were), the clerk looked up at the clock and let out a loud sigh, she continued to work with the customer in front of me which took another 8 minutes, then sighed loudly again and said they were closed and she might be able to get to me but it would "be awhile". I waited a little longer, then left after the whole process of looking at the clock and sighing repeated itself. I have never used this location but will not attempt to bring my business back. Instead I will drive out of my way to another One Price location where they always make you feel welcome or find another dry cleaner. Very disappointing. Hope others have a different experience.

The company is very irresponsible! Their store on Independence blvd. lost one of my husbands shirt and was never found. I called the store many times and finally got in-touched with the claim manager. She promised to get back with me the next week but never called back. I called her again and again after that and hope shell do something about the shirt that they lost, but until today, I still havent heard from her. I was a loyal customer, and I have been going there for 4 years, but I will never go there again.

Dropped off a brand new $100 Ralph Lauren Polo shirt and got it back partially melted. After bringing it to the stores attention, I was told they would send it to their seamstress for repair. How would they fix a melted shirt, I wish I knew. Ive called the store three occasions and still havent received a call back after more than a month. Theyre owned by Zoots so I called the main number to complain but Ive never received a call back from them either. Bunch of crooks!

Worst customer service ever. First, they never answer their phone you have to call at least five times before someone picks up. Then once they pick up you are sad that they did because they are the most depressed and rude people ever. This was my first and last time going here. Ill take my business where it is wanted. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
