I have been a long time client, I never had a bad experience until my last visit. I found out the long time staff members are all gone. Princess and Jackie are the most reliable and capable hairstylist this establishment has ever had.. Lisa is always late and there is no point in booking an early morning appointment with her. The owner never opens on time. I found myself outside waiting on her. Her work isnt nearly as good as Jackies. I am so disappointed and angry. I even heard the message therapist left and now that Jackie and Princess are gone I will never come back here. They are falling apart without them and I know they will lose alot of clientele.

Dont do it if you care about how you look in public. They sent me out into the street with my hair in an elastic. Not even a pony tail holder. I had to go straight home and style my own hair. Super Cuts provides higher style. Customer service is nonexistent and calling themselves a salon is a joke.

Everyone is warm and friendly, my hairstylist is Jackie, she is very funny and she does a fabulous job with my hair. I always get compliments about my haircuts. Would recommend her to anyone wanting a really good haircut and style.

The salon is nice and the workers there are very nice BUT $30 for them to cut ur ends....thats a no no. I paid as much for a end cut as I paid for the Groupon. Wont see me anymore.
