Ive been a customer of Laundry City (formerly Laundry King) for almost 5 years. I dont know whats happened to them or whoever they outsource their dry cleaning to, but in the last 3-6 months, its been consistently inconsistent. Most recently, when I brought in my dry cleaning on Saturday morning, they told me that I could pick it up on Monday afternoon. Knowing that they are usually late, I waited until today (Tuesday) to pick it up, but even a day later, its still not ready. Of course, I wont get a refund or a discount of any kind. With the exception of the one guy who works on the weekends (not the Russian dude), the service is apathetic.

TOTAL SCAM in about 5 different ways. First off, the dryer doors open because they are broken. Even if the dryer is only 20% full, the door will open. So you have to use many dryers and spread out your loads. Also, they are cash only and charge insane amounts of money for soap. Lastly, dont expect any help when things go wrong - they deny wrongdoing and refunds and blame your clothes for being heavy for everything.

Wifi and restroom, this laundry mart is the cheapest in the neighborhood, even with the $3 refundable card their machines use. A $20 bill onto the card will get you $2 extra free! Just dont go on Sunday afternoon when its crazy busy. Any other time there are plenty of open machines. When you go to dry, pull the lint drawer out and empty it before starting the machine, your clothes will dry in about 30 minutes.

They stole or lost an expensive item of clothing and then did everything they could to make it seem as if it never even existed. Do yourself a favour and never give them a cent of your money. There are better places in the area that wont steal your stuff.

Pretty solid on the dry cleaning front, if not slightly expensive. As for wash and fold, Im not sure if I can recommend them. Have had a couple items come back messed up and theyre pretty expensive. But they are 24/7 and they have a parking lot.

My laundromat for about 6 years now after we sold our house...friendly staff ...tip always check the washer or dryer before putting your clothes in and open the top of the washer as well

This laundromat does a great drop off service, often with same day pick up. Clothes are nicely washed and beautifully folded. The have a dry cleaning service too.

Love my neighborhood laundromat. Cheapest and easiest, and theres usually parking available. Plus theres a donation box for clothes and shoes.

The dryers suck in there.A quarter gives you 6 minutes to dry and you will be drying your clothes for at least an hour.

Clean and free parking. Dryers are a rip off. You will spend more money and time drying your clothes.
