The absolute worst!! It was time consuming and I was told to wait as they multi tasked. I even brought in my details for the trip with the exact flights. It was so stressful. Than on top of all the waiting I needed to pay them a service fee of $50. They didnt even offer a glass of water as I sat there with no A/C or Fan it was so warm (June 16 from 2:30-5pm and I am not exaggerating ). I asked for a charger outlet and that didnt even work. They didnt care about anything but getting 3-4 things done at once. Let me also add, I got my friends ticket done there as well. They claimed the entire fee didnt go through, just their $50 fee & the card was declined? Than nothing would have been taken! Geez.....how do they stay in business?

terrible service from most branches. Either always understaffed, nasty attitudes or not very thorough/helpful in terms of finding the perfect trip for a family. Taking my money elsewhere :)
