It has been a nightmare for me to book with H&S travels, Please think twice before booking with them and dont fall for a few bucks and book in expedia or other trusted travel sites instead I booked a ticket from Richmond VA-> Hyderabad, they connected me locally with Delta and international with Emirates, Delta flight got cancelled and could not fly on that day, here is what happened after. I called Delta and I was told that your tickets should not have been booked like this as Delta and Emirates do not have ticketing agreements to handle this situation and cannot rebook me, so I was asked to contact travel agents to rebook as they hold the tickets, travel agent Aleem (manager) from H&S told me he could only rebook using emirates again which didnt make sense to me and gave me a ticket only after 2 days after but this time from Houston TX with emirates, when I asked him to connect me from Richmond he told me thats my problem, how would that be my problem if they could not rebook me based on my original ticket, may be they were trying to save money by not booking local flights, I complained about this to Delta and Emirates and they could only feel sorry for me that I fell prey to this travel agent, After several calls to Delta airlines a manager tried to help me in connecting from Richmond to Houston by trying to work with travel agent (Aleem) and travel agent yelled at the female Delta staff to not bother him that took us by surprise. Finally Delta helped me to connect me from Richmond to Houston. I was travelling with wife and Infant and imagine what these people let me go through. If you would like peace of mind and care for some self respect, try to AVOID these people. BTW. Like others I was also forced to give excellent rating when I bought the ticket and I did, when I saw their real attitude later I am changing my review now.

H & S Travel is a awesome place for everything related to setting up your travel. I really appreciate the professionalism shown by Hameed. He was exquisite in the way he was following me to ensure all my needs are addressed and ensured that i book the ticktes through him with all satisfaction. I was so satisfied that i referred three other friends and they had the same wonderful experience with Hameed and booked tickets through H & S. Hameed got me really good deals. He was very accommodating and considerate of my requirements. Even after tickets where booked he had a follow up with me to make sure if i had any other queries or request that he could address. He had helped me to ensure my seat preferences where being worked upon. I am truly impressed with Hammed and with H&S which assures me that they are really true professional and cost effective travel agent to engage for any travel related needs. I will always have them as the first choice for my travel related needs and will refer to my friends and family on any given day. Good job Hameed!!!

I found out about H$S Travels over the website. I was looking for tickets to India from Unites States. I was really amazed and surprised to see the help , support and friendliness provided by H$S Team (specially Santosh). We all are working people and everyday we deal with someone or the other in our work. But truly speaking I have never came across a person like Santosh who is so forward looking to help and understand your concern. I had a very tight holiday schedule and the ticket rates were really high. But Mr Santosh came in as a rescuer to me, he arranged me the best deal. I appreciate the help he had provided to me in booking the tickets. In future I definitely look forward to book rtickets with his help.Thanks to the H$S Team. MARGARETT from H&S Travels helped me book my ticket to India. The first experience has been very nice so far. She responded very well to all my communication and kept me updated about different deals suiting my travel requirements. I loved the way these guys at H&S work. Being a student, I spent over a month to get the best deal for pre-Christmas (2015) tickets to India, and Margarett helped me out with many options that other agencies failed/ignored to do. I have been able to get the lowest rate with H&S, for my travel date 24th Dec. 2015, when compared to many renowned online travel agents. Kudos to Margarett and H&S Travels. Thank you guys! :)

Thank you very much Mak for your service. HNS offers the best deals when a customer tries to book even at the last moment unplanned overseas travel. Mak was so patient enough to answer all my queries that I kept asking prior to booking of my tickets. He gave me all the suitable options based on my schedule and suggested the best out of it.This is the 3rd time that I have booked the tickets with Mak and have referred a lot of my colleagues to HNS travels service. I am booking all my air tickets through H & S travel from 2011. Every time I got the better deals on less price. Customer service and response time/turn around time is really awesome. This time i worked with Askari for my travel ticket and he is really awesome, he help me book my ticket and also he was able to clarify all my doubts regarding the travel. I have to book bunch of more ticket for my upcoming travel and will love to work with Askari again. I also had to cancel my ticket and rebook it, and Askari did that in just one call without waiting for long hrs in the airline customer service, which was too awesome for me.

I was referred to H&S by my friend. My experience was Hassle free and what impressed me was the Quick turnaround !! I worked with Abdul Askari from H&S Team. I had a laundry list of requirements in terms of my travel dates and destination city. Abdul was patient enough to hear all my requirements and worked with me very professionally until all my requirements are met. Best part was i sent him a quote which was about $10 - $15 less than the initial quote he provided me, then later he beat that price and gave me a better deal. Thank you Abdul Askari and H&S Team.
