I want to like this place more than I did. People working there were nice, pleasant interior, beers while you wait. The haircut was even pretty good, but the beard trim wasnt great. Really my only complaint is that there was no straight razor with hot shaving cream used on the back of my neck or my face... for what it cost ($57 before tip!) Id expect that to be included.

Nice barbershop, I get my cut from Russel who is fantastic, my 1st time he listened not only to what kind of look I wanted to achieve, but I told him how my hair would behave and the various things Ive tried. He then made a few suggestions as well as gave me advice on things to try on my own to see if it worked. I highly recommend.

Colleen is the best. Ive had my haircut with her for the last five years and I wont go to anyone else. Shes fast and professional. Its cool to see her at a cool shop like Persons of Interest. Maybe Aziz Ansari will pop in to get a cut from Colleen next time he decides to come by ;)

Ive been going to both locations for years and have had great cuts! A lot of their talent leaves though and finding someone new can be frustrating. Kay is an energetic perfectionist, but can make you fear for your ears. I would not recommend Danny.

Ive used several of the barbers here and my haircuts have always been consistently great. There is one barber whos work I didnt like but I just dont schedule with her anymore. Its pricey but welcome to Williamsburg.
