i work downtown and was looking for a new place to get my hair cut. i always loved the look of fix and decided to take make an appointment. my first cut was great and they have gotten better each time. Roseanne always takes time to talk to me about what i like or dont like about my last cut and has a way of making me feel like her most important customer. great facility, great location, great haircuts.

bflodoris Thurs. May10 I wanted to have my blonde hair a bit darker and went to Michael ...ABSOLUTELY AWESOME...He has worked with the biggest in NYC and he KNOWS what he is doing. My hair has never looked BETTER. My whole family was raving on Mothers Day. The salon is pretty, clean and new. I will be going there for weekly blowouts.

went in for a mani-pedi, and from the moment i stepped into the salon the staff was not friendly...i felt rushed, my nails had not even dried and was expected to leave--which ruined my nails. the polish of my hands was uneven. unprofessional, uncomfortable, not friendly at all. there are better places in town.

I was passing through on my way to Rochester, stopped in for a mens haircut ($22) and found a true gem in Buffalo. I recommend this place for business travelers, it’s trendy, clean, friendly, and the staff is experienced and professional. Park on the street when you see their sign.

Michael is a talented Master colorist who studied in NYC and worked in several salons there before returning to the area to open Fix. He is very good with color chemistry and color correction and knows how to work with naturally curly and different types of hair.

Since moving from Chicago to Buffalo, I could not find anyone that could do my hair. Michael is AMAZING! Hes so talented and knows exactly what to do. I trust NO ONE except Michael and the staff at Fix Salon.
