Beautiful inside and out. LA isnt one of those gyms where they chop the price by skipping out on amenities. Youre going to pay a little bit more than the contenders (I pay 24.99) but you get a facility thats huge, you can go to any class at any location, they have water fountains and a smoothie bar. Theres a pool with a lifeguard, and all of the machines are well maintained. The staff is friendly, organized and approachable. While I have visited many of their locations and have had an enjoyable time at all, this is my home gym due to location, parking availability etc. I have never seen a location uncomfortably full, even during the nightmare gym months: January and April.

Ok, first off, I will say that the amenities at the downtown BAC are great; HOWEVER, when you ask a club membership coordinator (or whatever they are called) to do something on the administrative side for you it takes months for them to do it! Simple task people, I am not asking you to extract my tooth! Why is it that these people can call me non-stop re: member renewal, and friend memberships, to the point that it warrants harassment, and they cannot do a damn thing for me after I paid my dues. Complete lack of customer service! And stop driving me crazy about member renewal and friend membership...makes me want to look elsewhere...leave me alone!

Love the gym, but the new and improved super bright lighting is a big thumbs down...I understand the theme LA Fitness is going for, but I prefer the low lighting as I dont want others to see my sweat stains too clearly...please go back to the original lighting.

Overall, the location is convienent for me and the features of this gym can allow one to have diverse workout routines. They dont enforce the wipe down of equipment. Wipe it down before you start walking around in someone elses funk!

It has everything but they suddenly started to close at 8p and when i signed up and paid that crazy deposit, it was 9. I counted on that. I tried to expand my membership to a multi location but they straight up said they cant.

I prefer the multi-floor layout of this location to the typical "big box" layout you see at most other LA fitness locations. Parking during the weekdays can be annoying here, but if you go after 6pm, street parking is free.

I mostly use the pool, steam room and sauna and absolutely love this gym! The staff is friendly and polite. The pool water is not heavily chlorinated like other pools in the area. I highly recommend! ~ Dr. Steve Novelli

I just called them inquiring about insurance, and the woman who answered the phone was abrupt and rude...they are going to lost a good customer. I really wanted to train there. I am reluctant now...very sad.

Favorite LA Fitness in the Buffalo area. Not a huge open area like their new building locations, but divided by 3 different floors. Different, but it works and I enjoy it. Primary issue: no parking

Its a good gym, and has a wide variety of equipment. It seems hard to find a classic gym in Buffalo but this one works. The layout is different but not really a problem and the prices are fair.

The old BAC building ... just that old building but convenient location for those who live and wok in the city. 3 stars for old outdated locker room and showers.

Very big. Clean. No wait for equipment. Feels like three different gym! It works.
