This review is for the spa only. I actually love the fitness center and would rate it 5 stars. But Ive never had a massage therapist totally disregard my request so completely! At the beginning of my 80 min massage I told the therapist (Katie) that I was doing a lot of squats recently and that my legs and lower back were sore. She spent less than 5 minutes on my legs (with minimal pressure) and the entire time was spent on my upper back. Even less time was spent on my arms and she did not even touch my chest or abdomen. If you are looking for any kind of session to relieve athletic soreness, look elsewhere.

Front desk is entirely disorganized and rude. Especially that lady with the short gray hair. She followed me into the locker area this evening. Claiming that she did not have my waivers for me or my kids. Then she alleged that she did not have my monthly membership. After keeping us at the counter in our bathing suits, this along with my three-year-old, she found the waivers after a long search. She claims to never have found my membership. So even if I know I had well over a week left, I simply prepaid or another month. Cannot waste my time arguing with stupid.

Nice gym. Love their swimming pool, hot tub and hot steam room. Many calsses (Zomba, Yoga, etc...) you can take. All the staff are nice and are actually knowledgable about excerise. This place is a little bit pricy which I understand because they are kind of fancy, but one thing I hate is that they have really limited hours. They close at 10pm on weekdays and 7pm on the weekend (Friday 8pm) I wish they would be open untill 11pm during the 5 weekdays.

Fantastic gym. What a facility. Was in Florence and went there 4 or 5 times. Drop in charge is 15.00, which is a reasonable fee. An absolute gold mine for all fitness levels. Whats not to love about a solid peace of land dedicated to health for all levels. The variety of equipment as well as space available here is unreal. Holiday inn express has day passes available for guests at half the door price. Plan ahead and enjoy all the options at your finger tips.

Best place to go for a walk anywhere in Florence. Between the .6 mile track to the trail that leads to the rail trail that can make up 6 miles, it has helped me lose a ton of weight and have fun at the same time. The track is around a building that has security guards inside, and is very well lit at night for night walking.

This is the highest quality gym in Florence. Excellent layout, tons of room, and all of the latest equipment for any need. Spa services are available as well.
