Took my mom(89) to get her hair cut tonight.got there at640pm.sign said closed at 8pm.the little girl said they were technically all booked up.there was another girl cutting a mans hair.noone else in the place.the little girl told me she was on break waiting for her next apt.it took my mom a good 10 min to get up and leave.the little girl was on the phone chatting away wayching us leave.are you kidding me? You turn down paying customers? Will never go to you again! This is what we all can expect from millennials? Total disrespect! SHAME! Im discusted

very disappointed with new management with this place visited 3 times in the last couple of months supposedly there too busy and has several phone reservations that takes the place of walk ins terrible marketing and management idea. By the way i would have not given one star but could not have posted if i didnt.

My hair cut is really easy since I just get it all buzzed off, however the ladies here are friendly and I usually do not have to wait long. The hot towel after a haircut usually makes it so I do not have to shower again and wash the stray cuts off my neck.
