Only had one experience here, but the staff here appear not to be adequately trained in professionally handling credit card transactions. Upon payment, staff here ran my credit card 3 times resulting in two duplicate payments on my account. When I tried to call them back, they said they were unable to assist me and referred me to a Super Cuts corporate number which seems to really be intended for salon staff. While I was able to obtain a refund on my transaction after many calls, the issue really should never of happened to begin with. Do yourself a favor, avoid the trouble and go somewhere else if you plan to pay with anything else but cash.

Asked for a trim and just 3/4th" off. Leave some over the ears layered. Aug 9th. She started in the back where after the first snip I thought, gee that feels short. The she started on the rest and reaffirming that I wanted it long over the ears. I replied I wanted it long all over. After I got up and felt the back of my hair I sighed and she asked if I wanted more off. I said I only wanted 3/4". She took over 2 inches off the back. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!! My usual girl wasnt there.

There was a lady who must be just dumb...and she does her job as if she is landscaping. No mind at all...I like to grow my hair like a pirate than going in here and having my hair cut like an abandoned garden.

I bring my disabled Mom here. They are always very kind and patient with Mom, and accommodate her in her wheelchair. She always gets a nice neat haircut which shes very please with.
