I was meeting my dear friend for a dog walk in Teatown. When I stepped out of the car, I sensed he wanted to say something to me ... he hesitated but finally couldnt hold back and said "youre hair is all wrong ... your color is all wrong for you ... you have to go to my guy ... hes a color specialist", I made the appointment with Joe at Senses and am I glad I did. He spent 3 hours on my color and gave me a beautiful cut. The positive feedback was immediate. I have now been 3 times. I can attest to the improvements in my hair texture and new hair style. As a women of a certain age, this matters. I love what Joe has done to my hair. So does my husband.

I was referred to Joe at Senses by a friend who told me " if you want your hair color and cut done right, you need to go see Joe, there is no one around here that is better, he is the best in the business". I made the appointment and I am quite delighted that I did. In just one appointment, my hair went from drab, dull, frizzy and just plain awful in color and shape, to a new rejuvenated look. He matched what I described as my true hair color almost to perfection. My hair now has a fabulous color, looks healthy and the cut just beautifully highlights my natural waves and curls. I have found the perfect salon for me!

Just got my haircut from there and its been one of the nicest cuts Ive received for a VERY long time, probably ten years of trying new stylists and salons all over Westchester. Love my new haircut and cant wait to go back again. Staff and stylist were so friendly and accomodating. I scheduled last minute and they accomodated me graciously. I wish the salon had better ventilation, but I am a little sensitive to that stuff more than most people. Ive never received so many compliments for my haircut and will be going back.

this was a first time appointment for me and the owner, joe, could not have been nicer. he spent time getting to know me, my styling habits and abilities, gave me input on what he thought would be beneficial, and what would work. as for the color, what he gave me was so beautiful and natural....love love love it! would recommend to anyone- what a great experience! thank you!!!!

I was extrememly happy with my experience at Senses Salon. I went in very skeptical as I have previously had some unfortunate luck with my hair color in the past. Joe quickly put me at ease with his knowledge and through explanation of color and the color process. Needless to say I walked out with a smile and will be a return customer. I would highly recommend them.

I had been a client for years and ALWAYS had the best haircut and color that brought positive comments from friends and co-workers every time. When I moved to White Plains, I tried local salons that just didnt bring the same satisfaction. It is worth the trip to Croton for a cut and color you will be very happy with.

Fantastic salon! Joe (owner) not only gave me a beautiful cut and "symphony" of color but was simply the friendliest person! He provides great tips for everyday hair maintenance and his entire staff is very pleasant. If you want NYC quality with a neighborhood feel, go to Senses! I cant wait to go back!

Just had my hair cut and colored by Francine and I am thrilled with the results. She is very personable and I have gotten several great tips on how to keep my hair looking great. If you are looking for a blowout Francine is a master! The entire staff is very pleasant and accommodating.
