Ive dropped off mail/small packages and purchased stamps here before with no problem, but when my fiancé went to get our wedding invitations weighed for stamps, he asked if they could hand cancel 90 invitations (as most wedding invitations are done, so that the machine doesnt ruin them.) The woman looked at him like he was crazy and said "theres no way were doing that" then proceeded to jam it through a test mock machine to see if it would fit. Im glad I had asked the Fredonia location about hand cancelling previously, and they said they do it, and its free of charge. When we brought them to the fredonia location to be mailed, the customer service was great. The woman smiled and acted like it was an everyday thing. With that being said, I recommend going to another location if you have large quantities or something important to mail. Im giving 3 stars because it could have just been that employee. She did weigh them properly, and they had wedding stamps available.
